Was there for happy hour at the bar. I don't know the bartender's name, but the dirty martini's were spot on and spanking cold! He was very attentive to my group. My only "complaint" is that Brio is in Westfarms Mall, so you need to deal with the parking morons and the junior high schoolers who hang out there just to get into the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had a reservation for 10 people for 530pm Tuesday. I arrived at 510pm and waited for some time and finally asked if I could be seated. The waitress said, the manager said I have to wait until 530pm. I asked for manager. Female manager came over and said the waiter will be here at 530pm to wait on us. The restaurant was extremely slow I told her this girl can wait on us. Manager was extremely rude and said we can sit but can only get water. I would not recommend this restaurant. When I said maybe we go to PF Changes she said go. This manager should be fired

Was one of my favorites and my family's, but this last time they offered a "house special" sea food and risotto, but it turned to be 3 expensive charges to one meal. They charged every seafood like a different meal or dish (shrimp, scallops, lobster and salmon), WTH!? It was like 5% occupancy or less on the rest, and service was delayed and the only one server available, was training another one.
