In town for training. Stopped by yesterday to get iced coffee. Got a hot coffee and a 1/4 inch of grounds in the bottom. Stopped again this morning for breakfast hoping the service would be better. It wasn't. This time I ordered an iced coffee and a 10 pack of munchkins- glazed. Got the iced coffee as ordered, but the munchkins were 4 different kinds and just tossed into a bag. Not what I had ordered at all. I really expected better from such a popular chain. I won't be back.

Omgoooosh I just got food delivered to my home and this is the first time I've tasted perfectly made dunkin food. It was super fresh and even the hashbrowns were golden, and my order was packaged neatly. I am super happy with my order. Thank you for the fresh food, you are truly appreciated. I love dunkin, and have been disappointed in many stores but not this one!!!

5:30 am attitude. if you’re not a morning person work somewhere else. iced coffee and a bagel, nothing special. Coffee was pretty nasty & bagel had one big glob of cream cheese on it. no one else in line, what’s the rush? do better.

Food was cold. We ordered two croissant sandwiches.They barely heated up what must have been frozen as inside was still cold.
Quick and accurate. I like how I can order before getting gas and pick it up when I'm done.

If I could give this location and staff a 0 I would, they’re very loud amongst themselves when there’s customers and rude. I ordered a X-Large coffee they give me a large and said that is what I said! This is something I do everyday and it is very rude to tell that I said Large when I didn’t. When I address it, the lady got loud through out the entire store with sarcasm about “Have a nice day” really really unprofessional and unpleasant staff!!

The people working here do a darn good job considering there's two people working here tops. The line of people waiting can get pretty long too. You get your order quickly but the trade off is they have no opportunity to be friendly or social. Can't hold that against them given the circumstances.
