Well, the girl working is sadly a drug addict, I've seen it for months but after today I am fed up. She was in the bathroom getting high, you can hear the various steps and the sniffs. When I knocked on the bathroom I was told just a second. 10 minutes later she emerged and went back to work. She did not wash her hands, she came out VERY high, my husband's employee was with me and we both KNEW. ALL of the other customers KNEW. WHYYY management hasn't told her go to rehab or lose her job is beyond me. She couldn't handle giving back change without nodding, she managed to screw up my small hot coffee with 3 Splenda..what a simple order..When this post is seen, you will know who I am talking about. After today, I will be calling management and corporate. This was absolutely appalling and disgusting. Health dept will also recieve a call, her hands should have been washed but she went back to work after doing drugs and never ran that sink! When someone is drugged and overdosed by her, this location should be sued to the point of having to close.Absolutely disgusted!

Visited in store on 12/26/23 at approx 11:45 AM. Very great service, the man working hot food went above and beyond during my bagel creation. They were clearly busy, but handled everything very well. Thanks Dunkin' Unionville!

And let me add VERY VERY Messy milk all over the floor and counters completely horrible and they just remodel the place SMH!!! Need to hire better people to run this place too !!!

No drive thru, multiple people messed up my order, I asked for assorted muchkins and got all glazed, I said 1 cream and there was 3, and they didn’t put my snacking bacon or give me my ice water so I had to go

Probably one of the worst I've been too. Wait time is ridiculously long! They always mess up your order and parking is by far the worst! And make sure you don't park by the liquor store because the owner of store will come out and tell you to move!

I’m fond on this location in the village area of Farmington. Even though the five star staff members are challenged with high turnover. Cappuccinos at times have a sour milk like taste.This location from the inside of the store has seen better days.I recommend the egg bites.Parking: When it’s busy the parking lot becomes overwhelmed for the design.

The employee was super sweet. But there were no Tables indoors to sit at. There was noAmbiance whatsoever.The fact that Farmington has an ordnance that prevents Drive-Thru service, you would THINK they would have some indoor seating.The coffee was room temperature. I go to many Dunkin Donuts and this was not at all in the top tier.
Dunkin' is always great. A great menu and staff from what I've encountered at each location I've visited. Prices are okay as long as they don't continue to go up. Prices were better here, but I still love their iced coffee, so I will be coming back.

Very good staff. Once a month I get 10 boxes of 50 munchkins for our church St Mary's in in Unionville Ct. I ordered them ahead of time and they're ready for me when I get there at 6: 45am on a Sunday morning. Manager Nicole even took my order when she was home on maternity leave. That's great service. Thank you to the whole staff and there owner. Jackalyn
