Low star rating is due to the poor attempt of the work staff attempting to not cross contaminate..I think. My recent experience: I asked for a specific Gelato and I received it with no issues. However, what's the point of the gloves? The staff member wore gloves, served me my Gelato, then cashed me out with the same gloves, then went to the sink and rinsed out a blender container with the same gloves. So what's the point of the gloves unless the goal is to avoid any contact on his skin? Just didn't look right. The other staff member present did the same thing.

I can't help but stop here EVERY time I come to the mall! I love getting multiple flavors and I've never tried one I dislike. The gelato is so light and refreshing. I like how it's always the same people working there, one of the guys is really funny and always gives me a generous scoop. It's definitely a better deal to order a larger size and get almost double the amount though.

i dont know why anyone gave them low stars but the nutella gelato is by far the best ever. the man working is friendly. lots of people here enjoying his work for antuesday morning! mydaughter licked her bowl clean

Im not sure why I haven't reviewed this as it was my favorite stop at Westfarm mall. Recently came here with my sister and had to wait for her phone to be fixed and decided to stop to Gusnova and get some gelato on a cone. I got coconut and strawberry cheese cake which combined perfectly. The service is always friendly and efficient and counter always appear clean the times that I have been. Love that there's lounge chairs nearby to sit and enjoy.
My daughter went to use her card to buy a small cup of gelato. The lady working the register told her it was cash. My daughter is 11 and has her own debit card, so she doesn't carry cash. No sign posted that it was cash. No sign posted that it was a minimum to use a card. She came to us and we told her we don't carry cash. The lady finally accepted her card but not without a nasty look on her face. Her customer service skills need a lot of work.

I have been coming to this place multiple times. They the time their service is getting worse and their customer service too. Today i came to get ice cream for my grinds and i didn’t want my friends to pay so in advance i gave them my card , after sitting to have ice creams . the prism on the counter shouted come over you have to pay more , i said i gave you my card why you did not charge , she reply you said small , but we didn’t say which size just came her my card . she was so rude and was shouting , to the point she told me i am rude to my friends also . she was so nasty and unprofessional . was shouting in front of the othersnot recommending this place to any one because their ice cream is expensive comparing the quantity or quality

We met worst rude lady called Kim today 4/25/2022at this icecream shop at westfarm mall Farmington CT she told us she doesn't care what we want she was very rude and impolite will never go back again, we were shocked by this experience at all. Stay way from this extremely rude place with crapy ice cream!
