The menu has changed and I was unfamiliar with many of the items. All the food was delicious however the system was done therefore I wasn't able to get my points.

The half a tuna hardly had any tuna on it. The bowl of soup had a black hair in it. The goddess salad was loaded with uncooked bacon bits and hardly any chicken. For the price and quality, I’ll pass next time on Panera. The food was a huge disappointment!!

Kiosks were busy which is where I usually order from so I had to get my order taken by front counter. Girl was nice, but messed up my order. Wanted a normal bowl with broccoli cheddar mac n cheese but instead got a bread bowl with normal mac n cheese. Didn't realize this until I went to go get my order from the pick up counter, and I realized it was wrong. Tried to tell the worker behind the counter it was wrong and show her my receipt, but said 'well this is what I have on my receipt' and proceeded to walk away leaving me to just take the incorrect order. The food was fine, but the service could have been better. It literally says on your receipt that 'Accuracy Matters' and that issues will be fixed if brought up, but mine was immediately dismissed. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Mac and cheese and they didn't give me a side. I asked for one and they just said they were out of bread and they didn't give me anything. They consistently short me on my orders. I'm just disappointed.
