This subway has recently been under new management and all I can say is WOW what a big change to the place.. so much cleaner and much much friendlier staff! Will definitely be coming back!

The employee Trey crumpled up all of the mobile order receipts and threw them away and said “Now it’s like they didn’t even come”. We work in the mall and there have been times where we placed mobile orders and they said they didn’t have them, I’m glad we know the reason why now. I’ve heard many other complaints from mall employees about him, working in the mall there aren’t many food choices so this should be taken seriously.

Great sandwich and the staff is very good but a little pricey for what it was. Too hungry for pictures and had a grilled chicken on wheat with bacon, No Cheese. Small drink fountain soda 18.23 and I did NOT have chips.

This was my first time ordering from this subway. I ordered delivery, that was fast. I ordered a 6 inch turkey and paid for extra cheese and got NO cheese at all and there was 1 tiny piece of turkey on my sandwich. I tried calling twice, no one answered. Not happy at all.

My daughter had purchased a plain ham sandwich with just mayo on 4/21 at 11:15 am. While waiting in line the girl on duty had airpods in and was listening to music, when she saw my daughter she said.."Oh .Fu$K" Then she proceeded to take my daughter's order. When she asked if she wanted anything else on the sandwich my daughter said "No thank you", the girl turned to my daughter and said..."well that's not very healthy!". My daughter is currently in treatment for an eating disorder and has made many strides. My daughter threw her sandwich in the garbage and called me in tears. This made me very upset and angry. I called to speak with a manager, but no one answered. I can't find anywhere on this website to write a letter. Subway clearly needs to train their staff better in customer service and to keep comments to themself.
If I could write this review with zero stars I would. While visiting from out of town I stopped in to have a quick sandwich while shopping. The workers uniforms were dirty, and their attitudes matched. The manager was rude and apparently they don’t even try their own food because they have no clue about their new sandwiches. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant, EVER!!!!

New owner. New subway. I ate fresh to refresh. ☀️??I recommend Italian herb & cheese bread with chicken & bacon toasted with pepper Jack cheese. After roasting, get the spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, green bell peppers, cucumbers. Chipotle with salt & pepper. Jalapeño only if you want the heat. This is the way.
