Ordered a little over 20 dollars worth of food. Order number in front of me got called and I moved to the side so the man (whom was white) could grab his order. My order number got called by an older white man (mind you I’m hispanic) I went to go grab my food and he said he needed to see my receipt.. I said you don’t believe me ? Cause realistically if I wanted to take someone else’s order I would’ve took the first order number he called.. with a Taco Bell drink in my hand this man looked at me and said he didn’t believe me.. I showed him the receipt and he handed me the food & walked away.. My friends order got called after mine and they didn’t ask her for no receipt (she is white as well).. I’m never one to play the race card cause this is America & ignorance still exists unfortunately, but that was crazy & I definitely won’t be returning ever again.

They took 20 minutes to make a small order, put cheese in my no cheese order, then argued about the extra lettuce and tomato I had ordered. The rudest person ever! No need for that behavior. I eat TB once a week.Vegetarian options: Chalupa with black beans, sauce, lettuce and tomato

I stopped here while I was Christmas shopping at Westfarms Mall.The young man (Ketan) that was working the cash register was pleasant and friendly.I had my usual Bean Burrito. It took some time to get it, but this was a great example of how a Bean Burrito should be made.It was hot and fresh & very well done ratio wise. It is a little more expensive here in comparison with most Taco Bell restaurants, but it is in a mall so it is expected.

Asked for a cup for water and was told the machine was broken. I asked for a cup for ice and was told the cup costs $2.49. I will never return to this location. The manager should be ashamed considering how much more expensive this location is compared to others. If I would have even been charged .50 for a cup of ice it wouldn't be good but i would have obliged. 2.50 is completely out of order. I wish I could give zero stars for service. My order was given to someone else then the 2 workers debated it for a few minutes before remaking my order. Yuck.

Normally a great location, I work in the mall food is a quick in and out. I stand in there for 5 minutes while everyone is in back the mall is very dead today. Finally he comes out I give him my name he says I have the wrong location the location is the westfarms Taco Bell I show him my order number he just shrugs me off. Im used to the Manchester Taco Bell always having fantastic customer service if their was an issue and I had my receipt and everything they would make my food or refund me and always wanted to help he just wanted to shrug me off. Called customer service and after giving my name the girl hung up on me. Called again got disconnected called again and someone picked up could hear their tv and kids but no one responded. I wasn’t upset until customer service straight up couldn’t help me. But like even at the store level I work in the mall too people suck but you see a customer being nice and just asking for food saying they are on break they paid idk id try to help them. If they came to my store and there was an issue I’d do everything in my power to sort it out even if they didn’t work in the mall but if they did there’s a sense of brotherhood we should have for eachother but guess I’ll just get food anywhere else. Plus this location is always hella dirty

Attempted to order via the app for pick-up. Arrive at location in the mall and a large place curtain is over the storefront, barely hiding the locked security gate and the dining area where all the seats and tables were removed from the floor. Hours should be updated to show it is infact closed as of now be it permanently or for remodel. Now I get to try and get a refund on an order. Joy.

They’re gouging people here. I was going to place a mobile pickup for a deluxe cravings box which is $12 everywhere else, updates my location and it jumped to $21.99. Lmao, no thanks

This location has got to be the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen!! They take pride in the cleanliness and it shows! Even when you look back in the kitchen the floor is clean, work space is clean even during a busy part of the day!! I was extremely impressed. I always look in kitchens if possible, just to see and this one impressed me!!

when i went in the cashier was so rude to me and barely talked to me. when i asked what something was called he just shrugged his shoulders and scoffed at me and gave me an attitude the whole time when taking my order.
A warning - Make sure to come at least 30 minutes before closing as the staff pre-closes before the advertised time...

This is the Taco Bell inside Westfarms Mall. While doing Thanksgiving shopping, this place came handy for a quick meal. Most of the other places were super crowded. I went with a mexican pizza, cheesy gordita crunch and crunchwrap supreme. All were good and really cheap as expected. Food came out quickly as well.
