These used to make it all fresh now they changed Everything is premade and taste like water. I asked them if they can make me one fresh they said due to the staff they make them premade now and pay more and it doesn't taste right

I am a regular visitor to this place, they used to make fresh tea and then add ice cubes and boba to it. Now they have premade tea and giving that just adding milk and boba or just like that.The freshness has gone, the taste is not like before, today got 3 teas, it tastes so bad. I visit this place just for the fresh tea, no more. If I have to get a tea like this I can get it anywhere, don't have to come in here.

The worst tea and bubble tea in Connecticut. This one in the mall is really bad I found a hair in my tea and when i complained they basically sent me to hell no refunds no exchange for another tea . The guy who make the tea is useless he's very slow I had to waited 30 minutes to get the hairy tea

Very cute little tea shop! The employee that helped me was so kind and I learned some new facts about tea that I didn't know, even though I only made a quick visit. Tea selection seems very diverse. Worth checking out!

I love the environment and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Really yummy and healthy drinks as well! I’m a fan of their matcha drinks and homemade mooncakes! I highly recommend! I ordered the matcha berry drink this time!

Great service everytime, they are very kind. My favorite is their iced blackberry oolong with honey. They let you customize any drink and are decently priced. Only downside is that they don't open earlier(10am weekdays), it'd be great to get one before work:)

Terrible service, I waited 30 mins and ended up walking away. Only had 1 person in line in front of me. No engagement yo keep us in store and 6 people behind the counter could not handle 2 orders. No one should wait 30 mins. I'm sure there tea probably would have been good but not worth the wait.
