I only go to this dunkin when the supervisor jazmin is working. She's a delight and always gets the order correct. Some of the regular workers are pretty good, but the manager steve is a total A-H.
Dunkin isn't what it used to be. Even when staffed, service is often poor. They always seem to be out of something or have a broken machine. I actually went to one that was housed in a convenience store and beside a second one but they had run out of cream. I sat at the window of another waiting a full 5 minutes while another car sat beside me and 3 employees stood around laughing and gossiping..
