Even though it was a rainy day I still came here for dinner and the food was really good and fresh. I had a Caesar salad with a pizza that was topped with fresh tomatoes and was more like a brushetta with an unbelievable flavor. They actually have a small bar side that is really convenient. The waiter was super cool with a positive attitude that you can actually have a conversation with. I would definitely come back thank you.

Came to Bertucci's for a Little chef's party for my son. We had a great time! The kids loved making their own pizzas and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was really good (veggie pizza is one of the best I've ever had), Chaz and Luna were so accommodating and attentive. Thanks again! Highly recommend!

Luna, Heather, and Chastity provided great service to our high school Robotics team of 30. The restaurant allowed us to order from the menu, were able to accommodate an earlier start time, and prepared the food in a timely way without error! Thank you for making our team's after competition meal a success!

We drove 40 minutes to eat here. We had a gift certificate from when they were in the Waterbury Mall, lol! We realized how much we missed this place! There were 4 of us, and we all had a great meal, no problems, the waitress was fantastic! When I saw the little bread balls, my mouth started watering! If it was closer, it would be my go-to restaurant! I gave it 5 stars because it checked off all the boxes, and I used to go to the Waterbury one when I was dating my now wife, so there was some nostalgia for me as well. Also, watching the cooks in the open kitchen is cool.
Waitress could not get order correct. Brought me the wrong Soup. Also it was in a cup when I had ordered the lunch special which she said was a larger portion served in a crock. Then when I explained to her that she had given me the wrong soup in the wrong size, she then gave me the correct soup in the wrong size, again a cup not the larger size crock. The second order of soup was lukewarm, was not in a crock with melted cheese like she had explained, so it did not get hot, cheese mostly unmelted. So I decided the chance of getting what I ordered was zero, so I left. Waste of my money. Paid for a lunch that I never ate.She seemed distracted, came to take our order only about a minute after we arrived before we had opened menus. , same with check, picked up bill before we had even looked at it. Virtually nobody in the restaurant so being too busy does not explain the multiple mess ups.

We found the restaurant to be clean. Service was very good! Food runners were very cheerful and accommodating to special requests. Staff seemed to work very well a team!! Over all experience was very pleasant and the food was delicious!!!!
