So, so good! I took a trip up to Brown Butter Creations after reading an article in Connecticut Magazine. It was definitely worth the trip! I'm normally not a whoopie pie fan, but their pumpkin woopie pie cake and filling was the best I've ever tasted. Everything I bought was super yummy, and you really can taste the brown butter difference. They have scone specials on Saturdays, so check their Facebook page. If you can't get there early, you can call your order in and they'll have it ready for you. Super friendly service. Wheelchair and walker accessible from the parking lot. Looking forward to my next visit!Wheelchair accessibility: No threshold or barriers between the parking lot and the sidewalk. Easy entry into the bakery. Did not see handicap spaces right in front of the bakery but there was plenty of parking out front.

The icing is light & fluffy. The cakes are delicious. The Instagram account is updated daily / weekly. You can call your order in for pick up later recommended bc they can sell out! I ordered a dozen red velvet, a dozen confetti cupcakes and a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for pick up 4 days before my daughter birthday party. My daughter and her friends loved them. I can honestly say that they were the best cupcakes I've had in a very long time. The cake was moist and the icing wasn't overwhelming. My daughter wanted more red velvet cupcakes but they close at 12 on Saturday so were going to grab a few this coming weekend. I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement but the only way they could have improved is if they delivered. Great place and thanks for taking my order so last min

The only negative was because it was so good we didn’t get to save any for us for after ?! Brown butter creations went above and beyond and it was so easy to order and custom make exactly what we wanted and dreamed of! 1000000/10 recommend!

Ok been wanting to come here for months. Today was the day and let me tell you OMG! Usually bakeries like this have so many options which means not fresh. This place as soon as you walk in you can smell the scent of fresh baked goods. You get what you pay for fresh tasty treats. I got 2 different cheesecake bars a lemon bar and 2 different cupcakes. Are a cupcake on the way home and pulled over to eat a piece of cheesecake. You guys do a great job

This was my second time coming to this bakery that should be subtitled baking with the ? heart. I was so grateful the way Marika took her time and used the image I gave her and replicated it so much better. She made my daughters sweet 16 the talk of town because the cake and cupcake we’re scrumptious!We drove over an hour, and it was so worth it. I will do it over and over again. Her kindness, professionalism and craft is beyond anything I’ve encountered. I can’t say enough of the deliciousness of the red velvet too!!! So if you travel a distance you will be very pleased.

I am overjoyed with the custom cake Marika created for my mother's birthday/parents' 60th anniversary party. Top layer: famous brown butter. Bottom layer: rich dark chocolate with raspberry filling. There was not a scrape of cake left, every moist crumb was devoured by the guests. I actually cried when I picked up the cake, it was so beautiful. But in the case also waiting for pick up were THE MOST AMAZING, COLORFUL AND CREATIVE CHILDREN'S CAKES I've ever seen! What a talent!!! Thank you Marika!

These ladies are magical in what they make. We were so excited when they opened up a brick and mortar location. We have used them for catered baked goods for our own business, as well as for a cake for my daughters birthday, and they never disappoint. I haven't had one thing that wasn't absolutely delicious.
