The worst BK i have ever been to the food is never hot never fresh staff don’t understand English at all and the MANAGER last night makes up her own rules for people and needs to be fired her name is Susan went to go use my crown points for FREE food and i was told that i had to buy something with it to get the free item and they took my point and never gave me the food

Bought a double Texas Whooper meal which came out horrible from appearance and taste. The meat was not grilled but more like microwave. It was soggy!!! Where is the bacon?! A hamburger would have tasted better. This is a franchise operated by a very stingy owner! Condiments is extra! The last time I was here I ordered two orders of cookie and they forgot it. They wanted .25$ for sauce? The place looks rundown and not well maintained. It needs a major makeover and new owner / management.

A+ service. I greatly prefer this location to the Burger King in Silver Lane. Unlike the Silver Lane location, this Burger King's ice cream cone does not force you to eat a good amount of paper & adhesive due to it being irrevocably stuck to the cone. Nope, 100% of the paper peeled off easily when it was time to peel. They gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of sauce on my whopper. To top it off, my full order was instantly ready once I got to the window. Thanks!Edit: I need to mention something super important. My mobile data barely worked here. I had no internet for some time, which meant I couldn't make an order on the app. I don't know why this place has such bad reception, but make an order before you get here. My Google Maps didn't work either until I left the area.

2 slices of bacon on the BACON KING. Only one slice of cheese that wasn't melted due to the burger wasn't thoroughly cooked. And the older guy at the window had an attitude asking for ketchup when there was none in the bag. If you hate your job that much, find a new job. Would not recommend this Burger King location to anyone.

The establishment exhibited a number of shortcomings that significantly affected both the quality of service and the overall customer satisfaction.Firstly, I found the conduct of the purported manager, a short husky woman, to be extremely lacking in professionalism and customer service skills. Her approach left much to be desired, as her interactions with patrons were consistently subpar.Additionally, the employees at this Burger King seemed inclined to avoid engaging with customers, often pretending not to understand or speak English and opting to hide away in the depths of the restaurant. This avoidance of direct interaction made it difficult to communicate any concerns or requests effectively.Furthermore, the issue of food quality proved to be a recurring problem during my visit. The items served were consistently tepid at best, lacking the expected freshness and temperature one would anticipate. Specifically, the fries were excessively salty, rendering them unpalatable. Such inconsistencies in food preparation were both disappointing and frustrating.Perhaps the most disconcerting aspect of my experience was the unprofessional manner in which the establishment handled refund requests. In my case, when I sought a refund, the staff made the process unnecessarily arduous and flatly refused to reimburse me. It became necessary for me to escalate the matter to my banking institution, outlining the unsatisfactory customer service I encountered in order to secure a resolution and reclaim my money.Considering the aforementioned grievances, I strongly caution potential customers against patronizing this Burger King location in Glastonbury. Instead, I would recommend seeking alternative options such as Walgreens, where one can easily find a satisfying snack like a bag of chips without having to endure the disappointing experience I encountered at this establishment.It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a helpful cautionary note to fellow consumers, enabling them to make informed decisions about where to invest their time and money when seeking a pleasant dining experience.

They don’t have WiFi, for some reason T-Mobile service doesn’t work having a store right down the street. A few times I’ve order on the app and always the free item disappears from my order this time made sure to put it in but it still went missing spend my half hour lunch trying to see what can be done to fix it and even asked for a refund since I wasn’t going to just drink a milkshake for lunch. And was told I could not get a refund. I was so upset I couldn’t drink the milkshake or eat anything else and came back to work in tears because I wasn’t able to eat anything for lunch because I spent the whole half hour at this place trying to get my order and trying to look for my e-receipt. To top it of seen three customers complaining about there order made it even worst.

It’s almost as if they took our requests for how to prepare the food and chose to do the opposite, most notably “hot off the broiler”. I doubt the food would have passed a temperature test if they got a random visit from an inspector.
