Read an article about how good the egg white delight breakfast sandwich was and decided to try it. I used the app to place a mobile order ahead. The sandwich was good. The coffee was expensive for what it was. They only have one size which is malybe the size a small coffee at Dunkin and I would easily drink two of those coffees (if it was actually good). I drink black coffee and this coffee tasted like the bottom of a pot that had been sitting on the warmer overnight, it had a bitter, acidic and burnt taste and was warm not hot. I wouldn't drink it again if it was free!I definitely will not be back for breakfast for one major reason. The drive thru had 4 cars in it and from the time I got in line (before getting to speaker to order) until I actually got my food it nearly 12 minutes. When I got to the window they tried to have pull around front and wait. I was going to work and didn't have time for all of this. I thought I could grab breakfast quickly and that just is not the case. They service execution at breakfast is TERRIBLE very slow and understaffed. I normally go to Dunkin and they normally have a line triple the size of what was at Chick-fil-A and it moves triple the speed. You might as well go to a sit down breakfast if you have the time to wait in this breakfast line.
