Pretty dope salad. Fresh ingredients. Clean, bright, cheerful environment. The staff was patient with me, allowed me to taste test and offered suggestions that made sense. I would definitely go back!

Great salads although the prices are a little expensive for this to be a frequent stop. Also the store has very high ceilings which echo the noise of customers. Can be very noisy at lunch time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a warm bowl and I have never seen such little effort put into food. The rice was inedible and rock hard. There’s were a total of 5 tiny pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. The bowl was so full of tomatoes that it was literally watery and disgusting. Completely inedible and will never eat here again.

We ordered 2 salads to go today - I asked for bread (didn't get it), and light dressing (it's drenched in dressing), and the avocado they put in the salad was still basically in its form, so not a lot of chopping happening. My husband also didn't get bread that he asked for, and asked for his dressing on the side but got none at all. Do better, Chopt!

The Chopt in Glastonbury used to be my go to until I saw something that I can not unsee. As I was waiting to pay for my salad I witnessed one of the workers, who was preparing online orders, turn his head to the side and proceed to blow something out of his nose using his hand and then go right back to what he was doing. I was so repulsed that I couldn’t eat my salad when I got home and ended up throwing it away. If that is going on in plain sight I can’t image what is doing on behind the scenes. I’m so bummed because chopped salads are so good!! I guess I will try the West Hartford location in hopes they implement more sanitary practices when handling people’s food!

My first time there. I went to pick up an order. As I walked in. No one gave me any acknowledgement. Not even a hello. One worker was holding a remote of some sort talking to his coworker. Meanwhile my pick up order was there all a long. Had to figure out myself. Just quickly grabbed it and walked out.Food was mediocre but the service is horrible. For that reason I will never step foot back in Chopt in Glastonbury CT.

food is ok - however, the vegetable selections compared to The Salad Bar is smaller, portion size is smaller. My $14 salad with no protein was mostly lettuce.

CHOPT Creative Salad Company truly lives up to its name, showcasing an impressive level of creativity in their salad offerings. The extensive choices available left me amazed, and the flexibility to customize my bowl added an extra layer of personalization to the experience. As a vegetarian with limited protein options, I was pleasantly surprised that they not only catered to my dietary preferences but also provided a variety of my favorite ingredients. The outlet itself was exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The speed of service was commendable, with the staff displaying both politeness and consideration towards my choices. A solid 3.5 Stars The salads are tasty and fresh. I enjoyed the make your own warm bowl with felafel with a spicy dressing. The workers were competent and professional. So why did this establishment only rate a 3.5?1. Price. Although the salad was sufficient for lunch, two warm bowls with beverages cost almost $40, which I felt was a bit high. I used to eat in a similar establishment in NYC and they had a similar menu but included a cookie. The inclusion of a cookie would have sweetened the experience. 2. Due to the hard surfaces of the place and the piped in music, it was loud. We were there after the lunch rush (2:30). Of course the man who was listening to content on his iPhone without earbuds didn't help the situation. 3. Bathrooms needed a cleaning.
