Thank you to Carol and Heather for creating the most beautiful and tasty cake for my cousin's dragon themed baby shower. The shower was at a tea house so Heather topped the cake with an adorable dragon in a teacup which was so fitting for the occasion! The cake flavor itself was a recommendation from Carol: coconut cake with raspberry filling and was very good. My cousin is gluten free which is why I got this cake but majority of the people at the shower were not gluten free and couldn't even tell the difference. In fact, they are still talking about how amazing it was!

Customer service isn't great here. You pay so much money for items and hope to be greeted in a nicer way. I originally ordered things to be ready at 5pm. My boyfriend called the store and was informed the time to pick them up was 3:30, which I was happy about because i had asked if I could pick them up earlier at all. I made the 40 minute trip through rush hour traffic to get there and it took a full 5-10 minutes for the worker to tell me I didn't have an order. After informing her I did, she walked around for another 5 minutes and came back saying "It'll be ready at 5." We told her we were informed it would be ready at 3:30, and she basically just shrugged her shoulders. I get it, you're busy with orders, but it's just not necessary to come off rudely when I was just there when I was told I should be. I can't drive all the way home, so I'm literally waiting around in a nearby parking lot for 2 hours now. NOT a good first impression, it's not that hard to have good customer service.EDIT: You can see by the response exactly what I'm talking about.

We had them cater cookies for our bridal shower and everyone enjoyed the cookies so much we had them at our wedding too! Great people to work with and great prices!! We loved they are allergy friendly as my husband has Celiac disease. A lot of places can make gluten free food, but there is always the risk of cross contamination. This is not a worry with this bakery!

paid $$$ for a kids cake - our cake looked nothing like the cakes that are advertised on their Facebook page. I would put pic on here, but do not want to be targeted. Not impressed with the design at all. Also, the customer service was surprisingly rude and cold. Giving three stars because the cupcakes are decent for gluten and dairy free. What’s the point of having a good product though if you don’t treat all of your customers fairly and friendly.

I was dissatisfied with the taste of the cupcakes and frosting. They tasted grainy like there was sand in there. flavor was not there. For the price of these I expected better. So hard to find good dairy free baked goods. I can't say anything for the rest of their food. I give 3 stars for their blonde though. I would eat that again.
We had Dee's provide a dessert bar and small cake for our wedding and had such a wonderful experience! My husband has a severe dairy allergy so this was a great choice and guests just raved about how delicious everything was, not even knowing it was dairy free. Dee and Shawna were very communicative and so helpful during the whole process - cannot recommend more!!

I have been going to Dee’s for several years due to a family member with celiac disease. I had a cake ordered for today and they called me to say they had made it incorrectly and if they frosted it with vanilla buttercream, would that be acceptable. I told them it was okay but was disappointed that the birthday cake my husband wanted, wouldn’t be the one he received. Well, the cake was the best we have ever had from Dee’s! It was extremely moist and with the instructions that it could sit out until we served made all the difference. I think you gave us a new favorite! Thank you for a delicious cake!
