Are you kidding me!? We decided to go to this one instead of Putnam plaza because Putnam plaza always forgets some thing in your order or gets it incorrect. So we took a chance, hoping this Dunkin was better. and ordered on the app for pick up.They left a doughnut out of the bag and then when we went back in and asked for it, they said it was because they didn't have the flavor we wanted. Ok... so you don't let the customer know and get either a refund or a different one? You just stay quiet and steal their money? And then how is it acceptable to serve a customer burnt product? Is no one in charge???

Chaotic and stressful for the employees and patrons. Seriously, it was as if they were over and understaffed at the same time - I've never seen anything like it. The order they gave me was not even close. I feel bad for the high school kids working there. Whoever runs this franchise - hire a few more people, train them better, and pay them well enough that they stick around long enough to learn.
Coffee is consistently lacking flavor due to its subpar ingredients. It's disheartening that this has occurred on two separate occasions within a single week. Clearly, the focus is on maximizing profits rather than delivering a quality product.

Everyone here was clueless and useless. They never even heard of a macchiato and are unable to issue refunds. I was literally robbed! Mouthy and extremely rude and unwilling to be helpful in any way!

This used to be a solid dunkinDon't place a mobile order here because they won't start making it until they see you here waiting anyways. I'm currently looking at a line of 7 people waiting to order, yet there is only one teenage girl on the line taking and making all the orders and I can see 4 other workers in the back on their phones doing nothing. This isn't just a today thing either, I've noticed this happening here frequently. That poor girl is doing a great job but clearly doesn't have enough help and I'm tired of seeing this happen here as it not only affects the quality of your order it takes 10x longer for even the simplest order.

My wife often goes here for her before work coffee. I think they're the quickest Dunkin I've ever seen.Good parking and location.The staff is always friendly and courteous.
Server helping me was very friendly and polite. By himself working hard and wasn't rattled at all.
