Pricey but worth it! My burger came stacked and heavy with toppings and flavor! So damn good and they definitely didn't skimp on anything. This location is well run and the employees are awesome!

Five Guys always has great food, but unfortunately the Glastonbury location always has bad service. I've given them a few chances and I am giving up on seeking good customer service. Employees are always nice, but not trained well. I will use the Manchester location in the future.

Super disappointing service today. Usually we love five guys but it seems like the quality has gotten worse along with their customer service. Burgers are made plain and you have to order any extra toppings. My boyfriend ordered his burger with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. But the lady made his burger with pickles (he’s allergic) which is weird considering nowhere did it say pickles on the order. He politely asked for a remake and the lady didn’t even ask what his actual order was, just walked away and told her male coworker to make it. We sat there for 10 minutes when the guy asked us, and 2 other customers what we were waiting for. When the woman heard that she came around the corner and said “are you making his sandwich” to which he replied “what sandwich?” She then threw her head back in annoyance and just walked away again. Then the guy asked my boyfriend what his order was and my bf just asked for a refund. He just refunded the burger as if we didn’t have to sit there for 20 minutes and was served a burger we couldn’t even eat. I’m kind of disgusted with how unprofessional they were and how they didn’t take his allergy seriously. Complete waste of time and money.

Had a grilled cheese with bacon. It was literally amazing. Now in my opinion Five Guys is waaaay over priced but I do have to admit that I've never had anything bad there. Today was no different.

gosh, I sort of hate giving 2 stars, but it's just so dam expensive, from a value perspective, I just can't. (With the app, you can eat at McDonald's four times for this price)burger, good stuff, not sure of the %mix, but it's a rich one for sure, no qualms, I like it, I'm not here for a salad. Nothing worth driving from across state lines or anything. fries, always good, never a good deal. luckily I had my son so splitting a small is reasonable for two people .beverage machine is a big win, happy to break my no real soda policy and drink three random frankensodas peanuts, yea, they have them, no they dont bridge the value.
