I've been to a lot of Chinese restaurants and by far this one is the best one. They've been there for 35 years that means something.

First time I've eaten here and when I got home I was really disappointed. The portions are not what I expect with Chinese food, the golden fingers and Rangoons don't come with red sauce which is the best part. I took a bite into the crab Rangoon and it's terrible, it has huge chunks of onions and it's completely savory. The general tso's chicken is so mushy and there is literally 7 pieces of chicken. The golden fingers where also soggy and hardly cooked through and it came with 7 peices of chicken. I rarely write low star reviews but this was bad. The rice is like a dirty rice.

Tasty fare with good size portions portions and great service. The Singapore chow mei fun was prepared differently than I have had previously, in a good way. It had a "roasted" flavor that I loved and I will be going back to have the dish again.

No flavor in the wonton soup. No tasty pork filling. Restaurant looks tired inside. Won't go back.

The Hero You Don't Deserve

Very unassuming, but incredibly satisfying. Made my tummy and wallet happy. Food comes out freshly made, hot, crispy, and spicy. Exactly what you want your Chinese food to hit like. I've never had a bad meal here.

I absolutely love this spot! It's an unassuming Chinese food restaurant run by a husband and wife team. This is my favorite Chinese place in the area. I think they beat out all the other Chinese food spots in Glastonbury and East Hartford. I have to say the best part is you can always expect hot, fresh, and crispy meals from this establishment at one of the lower price points. I don't think I've ever been disappointed once here. I like to get their sesame chicken, which comes with a delicious spicy tangy sauce that really helps make the meal. This place absolutely deserves five stars and is deserving of a higher rating than the current yelp 3.8 it has. If they were to change owners or go out of business I'd be devastated.

Great if you like celery. Regardless of what dish you order, they pretty much all taste the same and they are all loaded with celery. You would think that perhaps they might add another vegetable

Not impressed. Not a good taste. Vegetable egg roll was horrible. Won't go back. Was so hopeful - after all it is Glastnbury.

Still my favorite Chinese food in the Glastonbury area since they opened ( 20 years ago+) Consistently fresh, good food. I have never been disappointed.
