This location is great depending on which crew is there. The sandwiches are perfect and the crew is understanding of orders but you have to watch because they pump through so many orders you might end up with the wrong one. Highly recommend this location over others.

25$ for 2 "regulars" (aka half sandwiches) and i don't think theres enough meat and veggies on both to fill one "regular", more bread than toppings which kinda defeats the whole sandwich thing, i mean i could've just gone and bought a loaf of bread and saved 20$, only reason they get 2 stars is because staff is nice.

I express that was not comfortable with the same machine being used for the cheese as the meat, being a vegetarian. An employee told me they were willing to clean it. I usually just say no seeing most people see it as an inconvenience , but I greatly appreciate her doing it.
I was really excited for the Jersey Mike’s promotion with DoorDash. This location completely turned off their online orders the SECOND the promotion started. Absolutely a disappointment.

Unless they go above and beyond what you would get at any other location, I normally don't give reviews to franchise restaurants. Having said that, this business executed exceptionally considering the volume of customers they serve. After being told from Jersey Mike's in Rocky Hill, that no bread was available only wraps, I decided to drive down to Glastonbury's Jersey Mike's. I asked if bread was available and was told that they also were almost out of bread until the manager stepped in and made a suggestion with using the mini breads that was left apart from offering the wraps. This store truly delivered and took the extra mile to not only satisfy my needs but also 3 others who were part of my order. Yes, I did drive a few miles and spent some gas driving from one store to the next but in the end the trip was well worth it. Thank you GM Jonique Davis, AM Brandie Joyce, Ariana, Niko and Andrew for making my experience pleasant and for feeding my family.

The sandwiches are Delicious! Always fresh,tasty, and satisfying. Good portion. And also I like that it is light on the stomach. I don't feel heavy after eating here.Vegetarian options: Besides the turkey sandwich I get the veggie sandwich. It is So good!Kid-friendliness: Minis for the kiddies?? from turkey to ham to philly cheese steak. Good for kids to get a light bite as well.Dietary restrictions: If you're not in the mood for anything huge. They make minis. All types. With the fresh veggies. Vinegar and also oregano seasoning so it won't be bland. Anything you get here, will be delicious.
