We've had great service and food here. Sometimes a little loud when it's super busy but we enjoy eating here.

Maggie's used to be a lot better. I have in the past frequented both the Glastonbury and Middlebury locations. This is just in regards to the Glastonbury location. The wait service was great. The atmosphere was a bit run down and not clean. The bathrooms were dirty. We were sat at a dirty looking table that had supposedly been "cleaned". The table was wobbly and one of the chairs was as well. It had a crack in its leg and was on the verge of breaking. Our menus were sticky and there was dried noodles on the pages of one menu. We told them about the dirty menu, the wobbly table and broken chair. We asked to be moved. It took at least 10 or so minutes for that to happen, and the host was visibly irritated. We were super hungry and almost left. Once at a new table that was clean and comfortable. We ordered. At the time of our visit, the restaurant wasn't crowded despite it being dinnertime. The bar area was hopping. The waitress was training a new waiter. Both were attentive and personable. Great service on their parts. We had appetizers and dinner. The timing of things presented was well done. The food was fine. Not as good as I've had in the past from Maggie's, but portions were good, and nothing was forgotten. We had leftovers. The bill was sizable. Their prices have gone up considerably. I added Bacon to my meal and that add on was $6. Anyway, I wouldn't mind, but in my opinion the price paid when you dine in should not just reflect the food your ordering, but the atmosphere you are eating in. They should really consider better cleaning practices in the restaurant, like the previously mentioned dirty table, menu, and bathrooms. Reinvesting in the overall interior appearance would be beneficial as well. Despite the decent service and overall good food, I doubt we will go to this location again.Parking: Parking was pretty full despite it not being crowded at all once inside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair parking and building assessible.

I recently hosted a birthday celebration for my closest friend and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. We had dinner at an amazing restaurant and our waitress truly went above and beyond to make the evening extra special. Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also helped us in hiding and signaling our friends, which added an element of surprise to the celebration. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for the occasion and the food was absolutely phenomenal. I can't stop thinking about the delectable lobster mac and cheese and the scrumptious coconut shrimp that we had. All in all, it was an incredible celebration and I can't wait to go back to that restaurant again.

Usually I love Maggie McFly’s as they have great options for gluten free, however I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with our latest visit. I ordered chicken Milanese and said gluten free. When our order finally arrived, I started to eat the chicken when I realized it had fettuccine noodles and not penne- the only gluten free form of pasta they offer. It took about 5 minutes before I could track down a server to help me. When she came over she said oh, “you wanted gluten free pasta too?” And I said, “yes, I have a gluten intolerance and I asked for gluten free.” She said, “oh yeah, you’re right. The kitchen messed up.” She then took my plate and went to the kitchen. It was another 15-20 minutes before I got my food. My fiancé was never offered ketchup for his fries and had to steal a random bottle from the bar. He finished his entire meal before I finally got mine. We asked when we got the bill if there was anything they could do for us for the messed up order and long wait. The waitress said she’d ask the manager. She returned saying, “the manager said there’s nothing we can take off. Sorry.” Didn’t offer any discount or free dessert or anything for screwing up my order, and not just a simple mess up but what could have been a more serious issue if this was an allergy over an intolerance. Any place I have been that has messed up an order like that has always offered some sort of compensation for the delay and problem. Here we were just told to deal with it. And “sorry.” Always thought Maggie McFly’s took care of their customers but apparently that’s not the case in Glastonbury. I’ll think twice before going back to that location. Would not recommend for anyone with dietary restrictions looking to enjoy a nice meal out.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options, but whether or not they follow them is another thing.

Lilly is the best bartender. Came in, sat at the bar, and noticed she was laughing at my Dad jokes. She immediately engaged and was smiling. Shes a great. Awesome personality! She's a gem. You're lucky to have her on your team!

Food, service & atmosphere were great! I came in after dinner for a few drinks and snacks with some friends. It was perfect because the busyness had died down.

Our food was cold and their nachos are the worst, left the entire plate of nachos. It was raining outside and water was falling from the ceiling to our booth. I had a rain coat on so did not even realize that my back was all wet from all the splashing. The waiter Sebastian was good but he did not even ask if there was anything wrong with my meal. Oh well just won’t go back.!

Cod sandwich was good, but the sweet potato fries were lukewarm and tasteless. Over priced for sure.

The outdoor seating need to be a little more secluded. It's facing a very busy street. I suggest the bushes be 10-12 inches higher. Otherwise from that everything else was amazing?

I ate here for the first time this past weekend. I had the Sheppards Pie since it's a dish I seldom see, and l love it when it's done right. The atmosphere is decent. The dishes are HUGE. This is the place for you if you have an appetite. I didn't like the consistency of Shephard's pie at all. It was more of a beef stew surrounding an island of mash potato. They said its very popular but not my cup of tea. The menu is very extensive. They have everything. That generally means that the food isn't necessarily fresh because they have to stock so much. I'll be back to try some other dishes.

Tried it for the first time last night. The drinks were watered down. I got the thanksgiving wrap- it was almost inedible. My husband got the filet, which was good, but we didn’t even make it home before he had a poo emergency and had to find the nearest gas station ?. I appreciate the laughs I got from that, but will not be returning. I heard such good things about this place- feeling disappointed.
