Mcdonalds really needs to remove their name from this location. Waited outside for 20mins, go inside, wait another 15mins to be told my order vanished and had to be made again. Waited another 15 mins for my food. The employees are more interested in talking to their friends than working. One customer was even told they weren't bringing customers food outside. I won't be going back, been going here for 30yrs. I truly miss the old school management. Very sad.

The restaurant was clean, the play area was clean, and the staff was helpful. When the woman couldn't answer my question, she had someone who could come assist me. I appreciate someone who finds the answer when she can't rather than tell me "i don't know" and go about her business. To some, that would be little or petty, but to me, that's huge. Its the little things for me.Parking: Large parking lot with front row handicap accessible parking.Kid-friendliness: Indoor play place was clean.Wheelchair accessibility: My son could navigate easily in this McDonald's without any obstacles.

If I can give this location zero stars I would ! Honestly I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt to see if they improve but honestly after today they truly failed me ! My burger wasn’t all the way cooked ! Unfortunately I couldn’t finish it . Although this McDonald’s is located right by my house I will prefer making the drive elsewhere from now on .

I was doing Doordash on a Saturday night trying to make some extra money and there was a 40 min wait for a cheeseburger and a french fry. I noticed a couple other dashers dealing with the same problem and many had to cancel their orders. There was plenty of staff as well, just walking about. This Glastonbury McDonald’s was the most poorly ran McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Im not one to write reviews but the service was terrible.

Stopped here on our way to our destination.Everyone was friendly, food was fine, restaurant was clean, and play area was perfect.I would go back here again. Good pit stop for kids to run and play. I like how the play area was separate

Drive Thru - Big Mac Combo Meals done wrong, tepid burgers/fries, upcharge for large Iced Tea of 30 cents not mentioned nor on menu; cold McNuggets not packaged properly, unfriendly window employees. Same bad experience on several previous deliveries - will never go back, will try to warn others.

they never have gotten my order right and the manager don’t even know how to cook bacon they food soggy and doesn’t taste like normal mcdonald’s i think all the workers there pissed in the soda fountain as well
Waited 15 minutes today and food was cold! Order from the kiosk at 11:36 and no receipt printed out either. Food brought to our table..Not given any salt or ketchup and had to wait online again to get condiments. Never going back! This was my favorite McDonald's since 1967?.

I am giving three starts instead of two because at one point this was a 5 star Mcdonalds. When my daughter was little and even up until the few months or so ago I considered this location to be excellent. I know families that drove from Manchester and East Hartford because this Mcdonalds was superior. I am saddened to report this is no longer the case. The last few times I have eaten here (and last night will be my last until things change) the food quality has really diminished. All staff is on their phones constantly. If you have a free moment and want to check your phone go for it. When you have a huge line it's not the time to Facetime and be in an argument with your significant other. While I understand most of the staff are young it's really not an excuse. Last night was the second time I had brought my husband home a Big Mac that was completely saturated with dressing and literally thrown in the wrapper. Not just on the top of the burger had dressing but the middle and bottom as well.It was as if someone put it together laughed and said screw the person that gets this thing. It ended up in the garbage and my hubs was nauseous all night. Maybe it's because the long time manager (who was wonderful as was her staff) is no longer there. I'm hoping one day this changes. Until then I won't be returning. Really disappointing.
