Everytime I get here they are closed and I am fed UP. Wether it's "new hours" (closing half an hour early and not updating Google) or just being closed for no particular reason. I'm new to Glastonbury and I really expected more from a food establishment here. Smfh, management should be embarrassed.guess Chipotle is getting all my money this summer.

This particular Moe's is not up to par. I have been 2 times and both times the ingredients were not fresh. The rice was hard. They always seemed short staffed as well.. the roof is leaking and they are just catchingvthe water with buckets. The store seemed very dirty. I will not be returning to this Moe's ?

Good food, friendly and helpful service, unfortunately the restaurant is filthy. Most tables are dirty and sticky, the floor is slippery, and crumbs everywhere. Really makes you wonder what’s going on with what you can’t see like with the food and storage. Will never be back to this location.

If I could give a 0 I would. Didn’t give me half of the things I ordered, had to remind the workers 3 times of my sides I had already paid for. Gave the skimpiest amount of food.

I just got my order, my rice is so undercooked its not even okay. Hard to chew. My food was so over seasoned it was hard to eat. I absolutely love moes but i always seem to have issues with the one in Glastonbury. Very disappointing

Tonight Moe's in Glastonbury was amazing. Maybe new management? I don't know for sure but the lovely ladies working were on point and doing a fantastic job. Thank you to them.

Until today, I was a massive moes loyalist. This review is going to hurt to write. After moving away for some time and having some pretty gross experiences at the local moes where I was located at the time, I was really looking forward to returning home and having a good experience (finally) at this moes. Sadly that did not happen. I went two times this week and both times were nearly identical experiences. None of the employees were wearing their masks over their noses either of the times I went (and multiple employees weren’t even wearing their masks over their mouths). Employees also would wipe old food off of the prep surface and clean with their gloves on, then go straight to making my food without even changing gloves. Gross. On top of all of this, see the attached picture for the absolute joke amount of chips I was given on both occasions that I went this week (keep in mind, both times I went, they were making absolutely massive amounts of chips and had little to no business; also the first time I went this week, the employees were literally talking about making nachos for themselves while they gave me about 10 chips or less for my order).It’s sad for me to say, but I am no longer a Moes guy. I’m sorry for all of those I let down, and I am quite frankly embarrassed for the amount of times I went to bat for this company over the years. I never in a million years thought I would be saying this, but no amount of persuading could convince me to go to this moes (or any moes for that matter) over the chipotle down the street (or any chipotle for that matter) anymore. They’re actually clean and give you reasonable amounts of food.It truly is sad how times change.

Unfortunately my experience resulted in a heated discussion based off the extremely poor customer service that was provided. We all understand restaurants are understaffed, however there is a certain standard you anticipate when visiting a Moe's and this was not even in the same realm. If an establishment cannot provide that level of service expected from the Moe's brand, then a reassessment needs done if they can function at that expected standard, and not perform less just to stay open.

absolute idiots working here. ordering online sucks because it's mostly never right. ordered online here 4 times in the last 2 months. asked for rice on the side instead of in the burrito in the special instructions. not once did i get the rice on the side. twice i got in on the burrito, and twice i just didn't get it at all. also the special instructions thing is ridiculous. only 32 characters to type my instructions? i have to abbreviate my words to the point that i'm concerned if they don't understand. like this simple sentence: "please put the rice on the side." it's 32 characters. takes up literally all the space. so i gotta change it to "plz put rice on side," which is still 20 characters. only 12 characters left. it's just so d**** please read the instructions given and you wouldn't have a 2.5 star rating.

I was hired by Moe's in glasstonbury trained 2 days and the manger told me she would call me.I then asked her when the next time I come in she never gave me a answer.I found that very unprofessional and unethical. It's been days still no response.im starting to think is it because I'm black woman trying to work in a minority neighborhood.

I would give zero star. Horrible staff. Extremely rude. I was placing my orders and the guy (apparently a manager) wasn’t even listening. Things that I told him not to put, he was putting, this while he is on phone taking other orders and distracted. I reminded him two times to correct my order. He started getting irritated because he was too busy to handle an order. He was talking in insulting language. I finally had to leave.

Let me start off by say "I love Moe's food" but the people that work here are the most disrespectful staff I've ever met and let explain I ordered 4 tacos they had a deal 2 tacos and a drink for 6.99 I ordered 2 of those. Three of those tacos were supposed to be crunchy regular beef taco with cheese, lettuce, Pico de galo, sour cream and, black olives and, one soft chicken taco cheese, lettuce, Pico de galo, and sour cream. Simple right!

One star for giving us an INSANE amount of chips. Maybe it was to make up for putting cold chicken in my burrito. I don't mean cold in the "not warm" sense.... I mean cold as in "just took it out of the freezer to defrost" cold. My husband got tacos, asked for corn tortillas he got flour. At least we won't go hungry since we have the equivalent of 3 bags of tortilla chips to hold us over until we can find some real Mexican food (that's not cold)

Person in charge was rude, cashiers was nice tho, I have been to all Moe's around my area and always encountered a problem with this location, yesterday I was trying to use only $5 from my Moe's $ and I guess she was too busy to deal with me and she said the new rules is that I can't do that, that I have to use all the money at once, like what? Since when? So I couldn't use that because my total wasn't not even $10 so if I do that, I would lose money, anyway Never going back to that place again, (what bothered me was the way she told me) No thank you!
