I used to love this place but the people that work there right now are so terrible. They constantly mess up orders and are completely unprofessional. Not kidding, possibly high. The last experience is the last straw. We ordered 4 bowls and 2 needed to be gluten free. They messed up the ingredients and made them all the same (they weren’t supposed to be) so we can’t tell which ones are gluten free. When I called, the person who answered with “hello” (I thought I had the wrong number) told me that I ordered something completely different and was talking in circles. I couldn’t even get a rational response.

Ordered dinner, beef dumplings soup, tteokbokki, side of rice and kimchi. Their preparation time was not bad, the serving size was alrigh; however; their food was bad. I heard the microwave in the back going off a couple of times. Their dumplings, and Tteokbokki are definitely frozen, they tasted bad, the broth/ soup was greasy the dumplings fell apart, definitely not worth the 32$ that I paid. Kimchi was way too salty compared to the authentic korean kimchi. The rice was ok but they scooped it out of a rice maker right infront of me. I will definitely not go back there.

Awful service the server gave me a wet bag with soup and it felt on the ground so I went back and ask to give me another one she said that I have to pay again. Never coming back.

I ordered a Bibambap for takeout for lunch. The food was ready and waiting for me at the specified pickup time and even after taking it back to the office, it was hot, fresh, and delicious!I will definitely be getting lunch here again.Parking: The parking can be a little difficult at busy times because several businesses share the same lot, but there is additional parking in the back so you may have to circle around if it is busy but can usually find a spot.

(1) Prices are 25% higher than current pictures on google. Average person's dish was $16, and it's $2 extra if you actually want you food in a "stone pot".(2) The food is sub-par "Korean" food. It's not really Korean food, but just food with Korean names.(3) The food is WAY overpriced.(4) The "beef" they use is pork. I'm guessing this saves them some money. As someone on a carnivore diet most of the time, I can tell the difference between beef and pork easily.Overall: overpriced, sub-par "Korean" food that uses pork instead of beef. The only good aspect was that the lady who worked there was very nice.

I used to really like this place but today the lady working there acted like I was just in the way. Never looked at me and walked away a couple times while I was ordering. After the 2nd time I went to the bathroom and when I came out my food was already done. She said "You didn't tell me what sauce you wanted so I'll have to put it on the side". So I got cold, refrigerated sauce to put on the food. Then she sat in the room near me while I ate and played loud videos on her phone. Apparently they resent their customers here.

The food is average, but what brought my rating down was the convenience fee that was charged to order online. I order on line so that my food is ready right when I get there to pick it up. This time, when I got there, my order had not even been started. I asked, and the older woman at the counter went to her tablet and found the order and started working on it then. They were not busy at all. If I am going to pay the convenience fee then I would expect my order to be ready when they said it would be. I could have just walked in there to make my order and I would have waited the same amount of time as I did when preordering, but saved myself the fee.

Food is ok, not a lot of Korean places in the area. But what's with the flat "convenience fee" for online carry out orders?

The food is not fresh, the chicken was hardened and tasted like it was days old. I used to love going to the Avon location but this one is not it.

I have been hooked on this place for 3 years. Lately though whenever I get my order home/work, there is no soy lemon or teriyaki sauce in my food.

Enjoyed our Bibim bap. Nice fresh toppings. I'd been before, and it was served in the hot stone pot. This visit I did not ask, and it wasn't served that way. I guess you have to request it. It was served in a take out container.Vegetarian options: There were plenty of fresh veggies offered for those who prefer vegetarian options

Great food. I go often and love it.Dietary restrictions: There aren't many options for people with gluten allergies but they do take allergies seriously.
