I went in @ 6:09 am . My sever Andy was absolutely amazing. He made sure that my order was correct And he always has these beautiful stickers and always had a friendly and wonderful morning attitude . He always brightens up my day. I just hope they get more people like that .

Service is okay unless you get the masked guy who just stares at you and doesn't even greet you or ask what you'd like. Apparently Starbucks prefers churlish young people rule the roost.

Fast service, good food, decent atmosphere, overall good experience! My only complaint would be that the outside tables or sitting area is quite small or not enough space. It's like we are just sitting on a sidewalk. They should remove one or two parking spots and make more space. Otherwise, it's probably the only good Starbucks I have ever been to.

Staff is pleasant enough but not always efficient. I order the same coffee whenever I go and have to ask for cinnamon on my cinnamon caramel cold brew. I’m not saying they should remember my specific order, don’t get me wrong, but the cinnamon is part of this particular order. I was one of only two customers present, the place wasn’t slammed. For the price of a cup, I figure I shouldn’t have to ask. I’ve also stopped before to find the door locked before actual closing time; they also close earlier than my usual Starbucks in Enfield. The windows are always dark (by design?), which makes it look like it isn’t open when it is open. People are going to Starbucks no matter what if they are looking for Starbucks coffee, it’s a chain, after all. Is my experience here going to stop me from going to Starbucks? No, it wasn’t that bad. This location has a little room for improvement, though.Parking: Some parking directly in front of shop, but also public parking lot as is part of plaza.

Definitely recommend finding this coffee shop. It appears active and well run with all the things you expect from a great Starbucks store. Drinks were coming out quick and efficiently and they were giving out samples of new drinks. Really great place to grab a drink and a bite.

This is the most frustrating Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter how early you place your order ahead, you will stand and wait for your mobile order. All while watching those who come in and order at the counter leave with their items before you. There are 4-5 people working yet somehow a drip coffee takes sometimes more than 15 min! If this was a once in a while thing I wouldn't mind and today they made me late to my next destination. I understand it gets busy. But this happens regularly at this location and I hope this feedback helps them improve.
