Horrible. Food taste is disgusting and unless you want to be in the bathroom for 3 hours, never will recommend. Service is very long as well and garbagey.

Not sure why the reviews are so harsh, but the food was delicious and service was fast (I mean the waiters don’t let you time to even seat before ordering and they take your plate as soon as you put your fork down) but it was still delicious and a lot of food. Highly recommend!! (And not a single disrespectful music was heard)

This has become our "go to" place with our daughter,Son-in-law and granddaughter, all plant based vegans. Food is amazing, great service. We like the outside dining over the smaller inside space. Very worth a visit. Only 4 stars because of inside dining.

Food is great however, the profanity in the music playing is impossible to ignore. When asked TWICE, they changed it but there were families in the restaurant and f-word was constant. Turns out, after reading reviews, it has been a pattern for a long time and they don't seem to care.Vegetarian options: great options

Usually our go-to place for sushi in Glenville. Consistently fresh good food. This evening, my wife were astonished to hear loud profanity-filled music playing. This was at 6:00 and several families with children were in the restaurant. We mentioned to a waiter how inappropriate the music was, but he ignored us. Finally told the manager as we were leaving, and she changed to a country music station. Ruined the evening.

Going out to dinner is supposed to be a little treat. Relaxing, being served food you might not make at home. Being pampered a bit. Well our dinner at Bamboo was anything but. We were seated quickly and the waitress promptly took our drink order. We asked for water and after they brought that, she took our order. Then things started going wrong. They brought my wife's appetizer before we even got our drinks. When she brought the drinks, my "martini with an olive" had no olive. No garnish at all. Odd. Then they brought my wife's dinner salad. After a while they brought my entree, seemingly forgetting about the appetizer I ordered. The food was good and after we finished they cleared the plates. Then they forgot about us. I even started a timer because it was taking so long. No one checked on us for the next 28 minutes! We had no water and no drinks all that time. It was only when my wife stopped another waitress and asked for the bill, that they acknowledged us. Of course, the phantom appetizer was on the bill. When I pointed out that and complained about being forgotten, I got lots of apologies and they comped the appetizer BUT I'll not be going back. There is another Excellent sushi restaurant recently opened in Greenwich which will get my future patronage.

I had very high expectations for this restaurant, but safe to say they set a new bar low. Food was off textured, and tasted old.. quality wasn’t there either. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund, dissatisfied enough from the food not to have anymore continued contact with this establishment.Vegetarian options: Options (on paper) we’re appealing and highly enticing—flavors, textures of food and presentation did not match. I spent $70. Pad Thai noodles completely went to waste. First and last time here. (I don’t even have time for reviews, but I also don’t have time to lose my appetite for my only meal of the day).

This resturant use to be my family’s go to resturant for Japanese food. It has gone bad… FAST. The waiters change every week and whenever I order something on the menu they act confused that they serve it. A table next to mine waited 27 minutes to just get just water. I ordered a club soda and they brought me a Sprite. My mother ordered rock shrimp and they brought out fried calamari. My father ordered chicken teriyaki with extra sauce on the side. They brought out chicken and broccoli with a soup bowl of sauce and it wasn’t even teriyaki! This is unbelievable!!
