First, a steakhouse should understand how to handle wines. We knew Blackstones wasn't a good choice when every table in the heated dining room had a bottle of 2021 Caymus standing upright on it. To make it worse, the manager (I think?) pushed the bottle at a discounted price of$190 down from $300. The final straw was a basket of rolls so black they looked like they had literally been lit on fire. We were tired from driving all day so we stayed to eat, but will not be returning.

The service was very pleasant and the food was exquisite. First time I was at the restaurant with my family. There were 11 of us. It was to celebrate my son's 19th birthday. I really recommend it and they had many options for children.I also liked it because they arranged our table in a way that we were all close even though there were 11 of us.The food is super delicious. I ordered shrimp with risotto in exquisite lemon sauce.Kid-friendliness: You have menu options for children and it is a family atmosphere

Had the Prime Rib, which is usually a Thursday special, but they were running it this Friday evening as well! Huge portion, totally worth the cost. Very flavorful and well seasoned, plus it came with a rich creamy horseradish, and au ju on the side. I was very pleased with their wine list, they had one of my favorite Napa valley Cabernets, Sequoia Grove! My husband and I had a joyous evening, we'll be coming back soon. *Service was great, thank you Mary for making it a memorable evening.

Michael was gracious and accessible. Mary and her partner were fabulous: attentive, friendly, available but given space, and they were extra courteous by singing happy birthday to my niece and me! The mousse was delectable and they made our evening extra special. Thank you!

I recently dined at the steakhouse and had an amazing experience! The steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a delicious meal. I highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Always a great experience.. Mike always makes us feel so welcomed. Food was delicious, as always! Can't go wrong with the porterhouse, garlic mash & creamed spinach- YUM. Can't wait to come back AGAIN.

My wife and I were derailed from a Valentine's celebration on the 14th so we didn't make until the 15th. Blackstones did not disappoint. We both ordered the Thursday night Prime Rib special. In a word it was “SPECTACULAR”. Savory, thick and juices flowing with incredible flavor. The hash browns and veggies were perfectly cooked. The wait staff was super friendly, we cannot wait to return! Our rating 10 out of 10!!

Our first time here, Quiet and warm ambiance . Food was delicious, I loved the Escargo. We had a family style Porterhouse which was cooked in perfection and very delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful. We will definitely go back!!

The food is bad--especially for the price. The prime rib ($75 per plate) doesn't include any sides except au jus and horseradish sauce. It's a large portion, but is tough, poor quality beef, is way under seasoned and relatively flavorless. The escargots: a very strange recipe. If you are expecting garlic/parsley butter, you will be disappointed. The sauce is a strange vinegary sauce that lacks salt, seasoning, and richness. The topping they put on it was burned black. The service was ok, and the restaurant looks nice. For the very high prices they charge, there are much better steakhouses

Nice place and nice staff, and I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy day, but you should be staffed and prepared for the influx of people. Firstly, the server didn't tell me there was any specials. Secondly, I ordered an app and steak and both were out in no less than 10 minutes, obviously rushed. So I hadn't finished my app and had my dinner at the table already, and because steak needs to rest before being served, when I cut the steak, it became dry. Thirdly, the steak had way too much fat for a 75 dollar steak. Fourth, after eating the dinner, we had time of 45 minutes to an hour waiting just to be asked about dessert. I liked the place but not a great night for Valentine's Day

Just experienced a wonderful night out at Blackstone's Steakhouse in Greenwich. Fantastic food accompanied by world class, white glove service. You feel appreciated the moment you walk in the door to when they help you with your coat as you leave for the evening. They exceeded my expectations.
