don't go here if you have allergies. Every time i do online order they do not listen i have Gluten allergy i always specify and they put breaded chicken in my food! they don't take allergies serious and waste your lunch break going there for overpriced salad that is incorrect!!!

I ordered a classic Cobb salad. It's usually the salad that I order. I did it over the app. I walked in and was totally ignored while they were playing around behind the counter. I grabbed my salad or fork and some napkins and left. I did not get offered bread. Nobody acknowledged that I even walked in. I miss chauffeur and I got in my car and drove to Manhattan. Hoping to have a wonderful salad. I went to eat the salad. It was at least an inch or so from the rim which usually it's packed full. The reason why it was not packed full is because there was only four pieces of chicken. No egg, no avocado, no blue cheese, all of which is supposed to be on the salad. I ordered heavy dressing. There was very little dressing. All in all it was very disappointing. I am a diabetic. I require the protein that's why I order that salad. And the salad was mostly tomatoes and lettuce with a little bit of dressing. Oh and the four pieces of chicken!! Oh yes and for $15 it was totally not worth what I got. This is not the first time they've had a problem in that place. The bathrooms are usually disgusting. But as a chauffeur I have to eat where I have clients. The one in Rye ridge plaza in Rye Brook, New York is wonderful and I've never had a problem there.
Stopped for lunch today on our way to Boston from JFK (flew in from Seattle for the race)... enjoying our food as a car came crashing through the window. Traumatizing for many, especially the elderly driver, but the staff did everything right. Checking on customers and the driver, gave up an apron for a tourniquet! Very thoughtful, kind, professional. Thank you!

I asked for shrimp and the associate poured the shrimp from the metal container (as opposed to scooping shrimp out) so slimy shrimp juice poured into my salad. The whole thing smelt fishy and tasted horrible. Waste of $17.50

Absolutely very bad customer service is my first time and last time I ask one of employees I'm hurry can you please make my order she left me she go inside after 2 to 3 minutes one guy come from inside he tell me 5 minutes I will be with you the Restaurant was empty there playing round I never go back

I stop here at least 3 times a month. I am a Chauffer and I enjoy the healthy option of eating at Chopt. At this particular one. The food and the service is pretty on par. The tables however are not cleaned often. And the bathrooms are always out of the toilet paper. Tonight I stopped and as I was eating my salad by watched people coming and go getting their salads. I was not offered bread as they are supposed to do and several other people had to ask and we're annoyed that they had to. I went to use the restroom and as usual there was no toilet paper in the bathroom was not very clean. But yet they post the sign. Not picking on the 20 somethings that work there, but they were more interested in laughing and flirting with each other. Then taking care of the actual restaurant. This should be addressed. And yes in the picture there is a wrapped roll of toilet paper but is not my job to put it on the spools. Just plain laziness
