Awful place. The people from this morning were snappy, rude, & disrespectful. I hate using the word lazy but I asked to use my card on their system and not order my drink on the screen. They said no. They were chatting and doing anything but helping. Well… I literally can’t use the screen and have a hard time seeing anyways.

If I could give this a 0/5 I would.The workers were not flexible. While I was waiting in line, a woman with two small children tried to order and cannot order on the screen. She asked politely to order with one of the workers, and they laughed and shared that she had to use the screen. And they couldn’t run her card.. rude… I worked at dunks for many years in Massachusetts and I know there’s a way to help our customers and use card on our machines. Disrespectful. And they were also rude to me as I was ordering.Will not be back here

I got a coolata and it didn’t even have the ice chippings honestly it wasn’t even cold and I feel like I wasted money because it’s basically just a vanilla shake which isn’t what I ordered. I’m super disappointed and annoyed they didn’t even get the coffee right.

You will be waiting a long time for your order! Almost every time I've been here, I've seen multiple people walk off the line and leave, because there is never enough people working, or they are just extremely slow! I came in here today as I was also getting gas, and I placed a mobile order using the app. I waited on line for literally about 10 minutes - 2 people behind me walked away. I get up to the front finally and show my order number and name to the older Indian guy who is always there (maybe an owner). He starts yelling at me and waving his arms around. I'm not even sure what he said, as he speaks hardly any English. I asked what's the problem? I really don't know what he was mad about. Then from what I understood, he tells me I need to wait 10 minutes for my coffee, or until he's done with the other orders. I said that I had placed this order roughly 15 minutes ago. He starts waving his arms around again and I said sorry but I don't even know what you're raising your voice about or what you're even mad about, but don't worry I won't ever come back here again! I usually don't come here for my coffee, and it's only when I'm getting gas that I decide to use this location. There's another Dunkin' just up the block, about a quarter mile or so, maybe not even that far. I'd use that one instead! I won't ever be back, even when I'm getting gas!

Owner works there and is so RUDE! He will literally yell at customers if they’re not fast enough with their orders which happened to me today! He was the one being very slow and raised his voice at us due to him being the only person there, their service has only gotten worse. I come here cuz it’s closest to home, after this very bad encounter with them I will no longer go here and drive a further up to the other Dunkin’ Donuts. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
