I cannot take any food establishment seriously that is using margarine as an ingredient in anything in 2024 when we know everything that we know about these fake byproducts. What next, Crisco? Olestra? Aspartame? Based on the communities you are located in, it's shocking to me that that demographic doesn't care more about what's in the food. To each her own, I guess.

3rd time there this year, it never gets better, the salads are always old and bland, service is never good, they always make you wait no friendly greeting not interested in any service. The cookies and brownies are always stale.

It seems as this place is gradually declining. It used to be robust place with many employees, tons of freshly made brand products however it's not like that anymore. I went there for breakfast this morning and it looked kind of depressing . Hard bagels in the front basket from a day before I mean what's going on with this establishment.

I called on the phone 30 mins prior to picking up order which wasn't ready yet but they still made other peoples order before mine. Cashier didn't even remind the cooks about my order. Once half of my lunch break was used up waiting for my food I asked if they had started my food if not I'd like a refund to which the cashier replied that refunds are only allowed in gift cards and not in my original form of payment.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They were rude to our kitchen staff, rude over the phone to our admin staff, and were woefully unprepared to serve. I called up to complain and she was rude as well and didn't want to take a message. Did I mentin they were rude?
