I feel confident enough to criticize the customer service, since I have studies focused on customer service. Unfortunately the attention, charisma, the joy of serving is terrible, the service that I persevere is that they do not like their work, all establishments sell not because of their service and premises, they sell because people need the product, if it were not Thus, we would have many stores closed. There should be an entity that evaluates the customer service provided.

This particular McDonald's is one of the best around. Super clean always even when it's super busy which is pretty much all the time. The staff are excellent, friendly professional, and they always greet you. The location is perfect , across the street from I95 entrance and next to a small mall with CVS, grocery store and some other small shops. This place puts other McDonald's to shame.

Very well run. Curbside service is wonderful, and you are always greeted with a smile. The parking lot is not easy to get in and out of. It is located on a busy corner near an I95 entrance. Complaints that have little to do with them, people park in the curbside only spots and far too often cars enter the parking lot using the exit.

I have been there a bunch of Saturdays just because the kids want Happy meals, they never get the order right due to lack of understanding what you're saying or they just don't care.. Go to Central Greenwich it's a better one!
I always stop at this place when I'm on the road to visit family in CT. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is fresh at least in my personal experience and I've never had any reason to complain.

I stopped by to this McDonald’s from a long trip from the airport when I first entered the atmosphere was off the lady taking my order wasn’t polite and rude and looked like she didn’t care at all. I got my food a mcchicken fries and an ice cream and the next morning I have food poisoning and am throwing up and having diarrhea most likely from the sandwich either the meat or the lettuce.Horrible service horrible food I never want to eat here again!
