This is a SUPR amazing restaurant. Very friendly staff with healthy fare. The company is so generous. This is the second year I won the Challenge - I am provided with FREE lunch, dinner and protein shake for a month plus a nutritionist. Last year I lost 10 pounds. They are not only offer delicious healthy meals but they educate their customers. I brought many friends there. It's SUPR clean and there is no guilt ordering one of their desserts. I highly recommend this SUPR innovative place that truly cares for the people they serve.

We had visited a few years back when it was Myx, and we decided to visit again after its rebrand to Supr Food Kitchen. Loved the vibe right away! Plenty of grab and go options to choose from. We primarily saw the menu offering salads, so we chose two, and they were both great. I couldn’t help but notice they’re mixed so much better than other competing salad shops in the area. We enjoyed everything, and the PB&J smoothie was actually one of the best smoothies I’ve had in a while! The staff prepared our food quickly, so we were pretty in and out. Definitely a great option to have in Greenwich!

Supr Food Kitchen catered our event last-night and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff, service, and, of course the food. The staff made it so easy for us to pickup the food — it was beautifully packaged and already assembled! The food was the highlight of the even. We had salads, fresh juice, and energy balls that just melted in our mouths. I’m salivating as I write this..The quality of food is exceptional and you just feel so damn good after eating it.Thank you, Sup Food Kitchen for making it so easy choose healthy food. And of course for your wonderful staff. You make our event a true success. Really appreciate you and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick and yummy healthy meal on the Ave or catering an event!

Loved the sesame ginger bowl (I substituted in edamame and sweet potato + added chicken). It was fresh and delicious! Mango smoothie was also great.

I've been there 3x this week. I finally went on the recco of my brother who went with my mom while visiting me. The food is great. It is not, unlike a review below, unflavorful. Quite the opposite. And I have high standards. The staff's recommendations were spot on. The pizzas are excellent. The bowls, especially in my opinion the sesame ginger with charred chicken, are great. They have a terrific variety and what makes it good is that vegetables and proteins have great flavor and you can switch out rice for cauliflower rice. Sitting inside or out is nice - outside especially because there's a real setup for outside seating where you're not on or directly next to the street. More people should know about Supr. A great, Greenwich option!Parking: full parking in back.

I got the same item 2 days in a row, large Green Energy smoothie through Grubhub. The first time it was a big cup, the second day they gave me what looked like a medium cup at best. The lady at the counter confirmed that was their large sized cup. I am trying to lose weight but don't like being taken for a

I wanted to like this place but I won't be going back.I ordered the Kale Caesar salad with chicken, Kale, romaine chicken, croutons, tomatoes, parm. The kale was yellow- not fresh and spoiling, the Romain was unwashed, I could literally still see the dirt on the romaine lettuce... so I assume the kale was dirty too. There was also an entire romaine stem butt in my salad. and the chicken was super dry, such a disappointment. I won't be going back.

food was not tasty and mac and cheese was days old (no cheese, the pasta was overcook/dry/old. Quinoa was not tasty.service was barely ok.

For some reason this place still think that healthy food has to be without flavor. The Mac and cheese was clearly old or re heated several times, and we are still waiting for the cheese part... The rest was extremely bland, even the curry plate and using some of the sauces they have. 4 different plates and the same bland experience. The juice was good tho...

My first experience at this restaurant. Ordering food was simple. Order taker was not as engaged as I would have preferred. The washroom did not have any soap in the dispenser. The food for our group was paid for previously, but when I went to pick up the last bowl of food the cashier said the did not ring up correctly and I had to pay another $2.50 for califlower rice. So I paid the extra, but wished they had absorbed the mistake themselves. Then as I sampled the food, my califlower rice was cold, as if it had just been dumped out of a frozen bag into my bowl.

Was around the corner at my kids dentist and was hungry. Boy am I glad I came in here. Great layout with so many options. Prepared food looked delicious. Hot food looked delicious and so healthy. Ended up getting the myx veggie burger. Fantastic! With an fresh brewed 50/50 Arnold Palmer Ice Tea/Lemonade and a 15% tip I was out the door for less than $15! Will be back anytime I’m in downtown Greenwich. Enjoy!
