The only person here that knows how to make coffee is Ray. Every other time it is milk with a tiny splash of coffee. It has become the most watered (milked) down coffee I have ever had. It is way too expensive to constantly be so disappointing time and time again. It specifically says "splash of almond milk" and is instead Almond Milk with a splash of coffee.

I Have been going to this Starbuck, for many years, I have seen a lot of turn around, in this location I will say the Team is great and pleasant, and the service is always great. The Managers that they are rewarding these positions to run this Starbucks are slackers and horrible as a leader. I seen Managers come and go! This time around they should double checked their ability to manage a store. This staff deserves better because they work so hard, without the distractions of a manager, that doesn't know how to manager or for that reason help the staff.

They never update their website for online ordering. I didn't get my order because I placed it online and asked someone to pick my order and they don't have what I ordered but online it says it is available they charge me money and didn't get my food. Will never go there again !!!!waste of time and money !

This will be my first official review on an establishment that I've eaten from. And I hope that it will be a helpful one for future customers. I'm usually a quiet person when it comes to customer service (because I work in this industry and I know how it can be at times). But I have had it. I have come to this location more than a handful of times and have ordered UberEats from this location as well. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, there has been SOMETHING that has gone wrong. With myself and with witnessing what other customers have gone through. There have been PLENTY of times, when I have gone at a busy hour or time of day; I'm talking line almost out the door. There will be about 4 to 5 baristas working at this time and it's slower than molasses. Working at a slow speed, chatting away while the lines not getting any smaller. No cares in the world about speeding up and lowering the wait time for customers. As far as food, it's always the same. Good. Seeing as they only need to open the package and throw it in the warmer. Not much prep goes into that. But the drinks are CONSTANTLY inconsistent. Which I for one don't understand, if they literally have recipe cards that tell you exactly what to put together to make the drinks. And yes, I get that customers modify things. ALL THE TIME. But at the end of the day it's simple reading comprehension. I won't really comment on the customer service as far as the baristas and their "attitudes". Because I get that not everyday is a good day. So it's expected that workers will not ALWAYS be chipper. Life happens and it's not all sunshine and rainbows. I don't expect anyone to smile at me or greet me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't like doing that myself and am very introverted in that way. As far as ambiance goes, I can't say much. I don't stay to "dine" in. I get my order to go. It seems clean but I don't really pay attention to that either since I'm not there long. So all in all, I feel this location needs to work on their EFFICIENCY and CONSISTENCY more than anything else. I will be spending my money on other smaller mom and pop establishments from now on. I've been dissatisfied and disappointed one too many times.I also need to add for them to change their hours on Google and on the app. It says they open at 5:30 am on the app and on Google it says they open at 6:00 am. I ordered Uber Eats and my driver had to cancel my order because he got there at 6:30 and they were "closed". I called and they said they were closed. How are you closed but I was able to order on UberEats? That app tells you if you can't order because an establishment is closed. And it in fact did NOT tell me that I couldn't. So someone at this location needs to get all the hours the same on all platforms. It's very confusing. And quite annoying.
