Came here for some apps and was highly impressed. The portions were the perfect size as an afternoon snack but also super delicious. The atmosphere also reminded me on being in a little pub in Ireland. I can't believe I have never been before. Definitely want to go back for dinner and try the entrees.

Food is terrific and waitress was great - no problem doing separate checks. I've been there a lot, but this time was surprised it was very crowded and very noisy. Lots of noisy kids - which surprised me. Maybe not go on Saturday night any more.

So angry right now!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Worst customer service ever. I placed an order in advance with a 38 minute wait time. This restaurant clearly doesn’t have their act together because they “never received it” despite the fact that I put it through their own website over an hour prior to picking it up. I even had the picture to prove it! After my husband waited 20 minutes in the store for them to figure it out the manager basically said he would have to make a whole other order and it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes. At this point it’s been an hour and a half and they are still not even attempting to make the food. I gave them the option to wait 10 more minutes, they said no, so here we are… don’t go here!!! They’re unhelpful, and unaccommodating with bad customer service. Not to mention the tables are sticky, it’s old and outdated with ripped seating, not worth any bit of your time or money. The manager isn’t even helpful. Clearly never going back.

Nice atmosphere, it is very warm although the table of 2 was a bit small, the food looks small but it was just the right size to make one satisfied as well as being delicious, the mocktels are refreshing, everything came out at the right time. The waitress was not attentive to the table (like asking how everything went, if we wanted something else) but the Runner Gilberto Si was aware of the table, he recommended dishes to us, he was friendly and charismatic which is a very important plus. I highly recommend the Octopus as an appetizer ? it is exquisite. I was very delighted with the flavors and portions.Parking: It is a busy street so there is plenty of parking but it is busy ? but it is not that difficult
We hadn't been to the ginger man in a while Now I know why. We got sat promptly. The waitress who was very good in a crazily busy circumstance got our drinks quickly to the table. I ordered a clam chowed and the ribs dinner. The clam chowder never made it to me. The ribs were all fat and couldn't eat The calamari was very good as well as the burger. We'll see you in 10 more years

A lot of first time experiences. Ordering was a good idea on paper but the execution not so much. I ordered for delivery the Brussels sprout, Smokey Chicken Quesadilla, Bacon Jam Burger, and Turkey Chili. The Brussels sprout was the best item out of the bunch. The Smokey Chicken Quesadilla was... unique... it wasn't bad, but it wasn't a quesadilla - it was unlike any quesadilla I ever had before, and didn't come with salsa or sour cream. I compared what I received with the menu, and I do believe it was the correct item that was delivered. The Bacon Jam burger sounded good on paper but was the worst hamburger I've ever tried. The best of the burger was the top part of the English muffin with the Jam. Lastly, the turkey chili was more like a pasta fagioli or a not so soupy stew with way too many beans and carrots relative to the sauce. Also, the packaging for the chili was.. concerning. I'm not actually sure you could call it Chili. For the first time in my life, I had a few bites and threw the rest away. Also for the first time, the empty cartoons stunk up my apartment so bad, I had to dispose of them all quickly, and my apartment still smelled for nearly a full day after. The corn chips were OK.

We decided to try The Ginger Man in Greenwich on Thursday (Jan 18th, ‘24) after reading several excellent reviews. Our party was seated in the fireplace room. After waiting a considerable amount of time for our waitress to take our order, we had to physically go and find her to let her know we were ready. The NY strip was excellent and cooked perfectly as requested and the grouper tacos were good. Sadly the crab cake sandwich was disappointing - it did not even fill 1/2 of the English muffin it was placed in, and there was only a smear of Aioli, making the sandwich very dry. We were able to get the waitress's attention to ask for additional Aioli for the sandwich but sadly she never came back with it. Needless to say this sandwich was unedible.Bottom line service by the waitress was subpar. I would rate the food good, except for the crab cake which should be removed from the menu.On a lighter note the Avenue is beautifully lit in the winter.

Heard a lot about this place and was pretty underwhelmed. Some of the weakest poured drinks I have ever seen (my old fashioned was gone well before lunch arrived) but the shishito peppers were amazing. Also, it was SUPER loud.

The Cobb salad was excellent and the fish tacos were very good. (I ordered a bacon cheeseburger to go but by the time it got home it was too well done. Maybe it kept cooking in the box? Usually the burgers are great!) I do love the Ginger Man and will go back again (and again!)
