I think it's probably one of the worst pizza slices I have ever had. I would rather eat hospital food, It's worth driving an hour to go to New Haven to get a real slice. What a joke

I have been visiting 184 Pizzeria regularly when my wife has physical therapy upstairs. The staff is friendly and the grinders excellent, with nice soft rolls. Recently they have had deviled eggs. Last week we tried a take-home entree, Shepherd's Pie, which was delicious we will be trying more to-go entrees.

1. Biggest rip off in the world. A small Italian grinder/sub was $11.00/. Came with 1 slice of ham per side, and 1 small slice of cheese. They didn't even put on the Salami, just left it off. Staff is rude and anti customers. Id rather ear Purina dog food than go back here

Just happened to see this pizzeria and decided we'd grab a few slices for lunch.12 on a weekday you'd think there would be some fresh pizza.Ordered 3 cheese slices, they only had 2 in what I'd describe as a pretzel warmer.Took the two,Right out of the Warmer which looked to just be a very small display case, right into a box, 8 dollars, I thought they were going to be cold, but left not saying a word because I'd never be back again since we were passing through.Pizza turned out to be slightly above room temperature, reheated pie no doubt.Oily crust, and most likely too much oregano in sauce which made it sour/ bitter.Nice enough service, maybe the pie slices in the soda fridge are excellent.I judge pizzerias by their cheese slices, and coming from New York maybe this is a good mystic slice from this part of town, can't say, but I've had pizza many a time in Connecticut while visiting with kids baseball tournaments over the years, and this unfortunately was to say nicely pretty bad.To each their own, just my review.
Went in and it was dead. Not sure if the time and day of the week were reasons why. Hopefully not. Great pizza, prices, and I met the owner. I think? She was running things anyways a very nice friendly woman.....I have lived in Groton basically my entire life, lived up in ledyard 2 years a few years back and never knew this place existed. Pretty hidden.

Very friendly service. The pizza was done when promised and was delicious. Pricing is in line with other pizza places around but I think the quality of the pizza is much better then a lot of other places around.
