I've always like the food at Deangelos, especially their #9. That said, the times are catching up with them. The first negative is that they no longer have wheat bread which is a bummer. Secondly the shrink ray has hit them pretty hard. Prices have gone up and serving sizes have gotten smaller except for the ones that advertise a specific amount such as the one pounders. Expect to pay 30 bucks for two people to eat. There is no atmosphere but that's not really a negative as this is pretty much just a good-go place but they have the chairs up on the tables every time I go there which tends to make you feel not welcome to stay and eat thereLastly and I hate to say it but the customer service stinks every time I go there which is usually in the evening. I get the feeling that I'm putting them out by ordering from them. Perhaps things are different earlier in the day when management is working. Unfortunately this seems to have become par for the course for fast food in the past years.honestly I wouldn't be shocked at this place closed within the next year or so.

Road-trip to Connecticut! Stopped at one of my favorite sandwich shops! I grabbed the thanksgiving special!
Kind people and delicious fresh food. They make the sandwiches right there. Even cooking the chicken from scratch. It’s a great sandwich and very kind wonderful people who make the food with consistency and great

Called them before I left the house. They told me there was no more delivery or phone orders but I could come in in order my food so I drove there from the next town over walked In the door and had a guy tell me sorry mam we're closed. And this was before 8 o'clock at night on a Tuesday.

Food is always good. I actually prefer D'Angelo over Subway any day of the week. But the prices are ridiculous these days. Still considered a fast food place but the prices suggest otherwise. That's my only complaint is the prices.

Has been in Groton since the 80's. Same family owner. Always good.
Workers here were very rude. Made other people’s order instead of mine even though I just got one grinder. When I asked when mine would be ready reply was “when it’s done” food wasn’t even that good when I got

First time at this location. Ordered Steak and Cheese toasted but wasn’t toasted. Ordered a Italian Grinder and they forgot the lettuce. Asked for oil and vinegar on a second Italian but seemed to be none. The cashier was new but I will try this location one more time.
