We love this dunkin out of all the ones we visited in Groton. The staff is the best and the food and coffee are hands down good.Keep it up you guys are awsome!

Stopped in last Saturday for 2 coffees and some munchkins. Registers were not connected at all for credit and actually unplugged. The woman who took my order said she had no idea why and called this guy with glasses and tats over. He proceeded to play around for several minutes with the register and I said look here is cash which is more and keep the change. He just stared at me, i said can I get my munkins and he continued to stare then started yelling which kind, the guy was insanely angry for no reason and seemed like he literally wanted to fight me. Will never go back ever, it was crazy.

It's like any other Dunkin' but the people and environment changes things. First, I felt like there were so many camera, that it kinda got too personal for my comfortable level. Secondly, I asked jsut from a cup of water with my order... they wouldn't even do that..."policy", and thirdly, the only person there working waz kinda rude or ordering and making food

It is an alright Dunkin Donuts not the one I would choose if I was walking but if you're driving going through the drive-thru just to get something then yeah but not a place that you can walk into as they lock the doors now.
