The place is ultra clean. Although they are very busy, they still take the time to make sure you have everything you need with your order. This place has fallen off, drove 30 mins home to find out my club was on the wrong bread, all they had put on it was turkey, onions and tomatoes. No ham, lettuce, bacon, mayo, banana peppers or pickles. And what turkey was on there was barely any.

Honestly the place is a ripoff. I got a regular size sub, not ever going there before, and it was the same size as a subway 6” grinder, for the price of a foot long. And the only other option for a bigger sub is $20 and three times the size, kinda

I love this place but please clean the cutting knife after every sandwich !! I hate mayonnaise. The taste makes me instantly sick. Take the time an extra 3 seconds and clean the cutting knife. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a new sandwich after I saw a glob of mayonnaise on my sandwich and I saw the sandwich maker didn't bother to wipe down the knife.
Sometimes when placing an online order, it's not ready when it's supposed to be. Other than that no complaints.

Since my last review it seems all the employees have been on their A game! The food is always fresh and filling. A giant sub feels like a giant. When you go to the Waterford store their giant feels like a regular. The employees have been polite and friendly! Thank you for upping your customer service! I will keep coming back for these delicious subs!!

I was looking forward to see what their subs were all about. They seemed to have a nice selection and variety of subs. The meat portions were fine, but the overall size for a regular sub seemed too small. I was shown that it was about half of their giant size subs. I was dissatisfied about the speed of their service. The had four people working there and two people seemed to hand the walk in customers. I almost walked away. When I got to the car others were asking me what happened and what took me so long. Their competitors are quicker with less people working for them. I don’t think I will use them again. A side note, this location is in Groton ( not Groton Long Point as some searches may show).
