I don’t even be writing reviews. But this was so horrible I had to. I went there and spent over $40 on a couple of meals and I specifically asked for everything well done, the wait isn’t an issue. They said no problem. Not only was NOTHING well done it taste like it’s been sitting for hours. It should have been in the garbage. I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog smh. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself. People spend their hard earned money with you. It’s ok though. Never again until Jo gets a new manager in there

I don't understand why you would have an employee mopping all the floors during peak times. I understand that you may need to mop one small area due to a spill but not all of the restaurant. Our food was good it's your normal McDonald's.

If you are going to come here I MUST warn you that the food here is very expensive. I get Mcnuggets and Mcfries medium very time and its REALLY expensive. So if your willing to spend alot of your money then come to a mc d near you.

Absolute terrible customer service. I’m not the type of guy to complain but this is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I ordered on the app just to be told that I never ordered anything even tho they took my money. Don’t ever go to this McDonalds.

I’ve had poor experiences in past here, but this morning I overshot Dunkin and wanted to coffee so I pulled in and I just want to say the man at the cashier was very pleasant. I get drive through daily and I find most workers to have poor attitudes and a general disdain towards customers and it was a breath of fresh air to receive and pleasant greeting from a stranger.

This McDonalds sets itself apart for routinely providing fresh, accurate, and fast food. I have been to lots of other McDs obviously but haven't been as satisfied as my experiences here. They do substitutions without any issue. I don't personally order large-volume meals via drive-thru, but I have seen them handle it quickly and effectively. Plus, their smoothie & frappé machines are up more than usual for a McDs. It's not easy work to do. They're a very professional, helpful, and friendly franchisee and their staff who run a demanding but respectable business.

Food comes out cold, like they make it in advance. There is a TV blasting sound at you wherever you sit. No paper toys. Newer restaurant and very clean. This is about the Groton McDonald's.
