We did not deal directly with the restaurant as some family ordered it for us. They ordered us 2 burritos (chicken and beef), queso, salsa, chips, and tres leches cake. We love Mexican food and were disappointed by most of what we got. The salsa and queso were super watery and lacked flavor. The burritos were more like enchiladas with queso on top and the rice and beans on the side; we thought everything was gonna be inside the burrito, inside the flour tortilla. Everything lacked flavor. We will not be ordering from them again. Very overpriced for what we got.

We've enjoyed Ortega's for years and in spite of new venues springing up we always return. There's no comparison to the consistent quality of their meals whether you're enjoying a dinner or a quick bite. The service is top notch and delivered with a smile as is the greeting as you walk through the door. The decor is warmly Mexican but without a lot of sombreros or piñatas overhead. Always spotless, always predictable and always appreciated!

Disappointed with food, no flavor. I live 2mins from Ortegas and the food was cold when I got home.

Service couldn't be better. Pleasant, helpful suggestions, and prep was super quick. Definitely worth a try if you're in a hurry. Ordered pickup for 9, and it was ready in 10 min!Food portions were a bit on the light side and the dishes were missing what I prefer as authentic Mexican dishes. Give it a try and you decide.

Great homey restaurant with lots of authentic atmosphere. From the jalapeno poppers to the enchilada meals, food was spot on in flavor and seasoning. Salsa was homemade and delicious. We'll be back!

Darn! This place was highly recommended. Terrible service! Rude! Food was very bland & overpriced! Make sure you check your bill carefully... added on several plates to our large party that we didn't order or receive! Yuck! Big thumbs down!
