Worst subway in groton. Go to literally any other one! Placed order online at 11:30, told me it was ready at 12. I show up at 12:10 and the woman told me she hadnt made it yet. I said ok, ill wait. She kept asking me what i ordered, I told her it is all on the online receipt. Then everytime a new person walked in she told them she “couldnt help them because this lady ordered so much food”. I ordered 2 footlongs…….. that was it. I didnt leave until 12:45.

The owner just got rid of the spinach and the tomato wraps. No explanation no nothing. If you're going to get rid of the products the people like that then you're not caring about the people who are your employees. You are just trying to save a buck for yourself and now the only wraps they have there now Is our white flower wraps? AND they charge 13 dollors for a roast beef one with the unhealthy white flour wraps Lousy

Was yelled at by the woman when picking up my order because she didn't know what drink I wanted. There was a long black hair in my sub. The owner only apologized for her yelling and did not give me a refund. Disgusting.

Kiara was great. She was by her self on a busy Saturday afternoon doing her absolute best to accommodate the long line, online orders, making bread, and making sandwiches. They definitely could use another employee there. I wanted to just put on a pair of gloves and help the poor girl get through the rush.

I was heading home from work (commute is 45 minutes one way) and I placed an order online. not even 10 seconds after I paid, I realized I selected the wrong store to pick it up at (10 minutes in the opposite direction of my home). So I immediately called the store to cancel my order. I had the rudest lady answer. I told her my name and informed her that I placed an order less than a minute ago and selected the wrong store and wanted to cancel my order. She then yelled into the phone asking for my name. I told her my name again. She then yelled into the phone again and said “I already made it”. I tried to tell her that I just placed the order and wasn’t close to that store and wanted her to stop making my order. She then then proceeded to hang up the phone. I arrived to the store to find an older woman With short grayish hair standing near the assembly line with her back turned towards the door entrance and no one else was visible. I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted and another gentleman who was waiting seemed frustrated for waiting. I grabbed my food but by the time I got home it was soggy and nasty. I've been to this store before and got sick, which is why I mainly wanted to cancel my order. The food didn’t even taste right that day and today. Won’t be heading back to this subway ever again.
