As always, if you love tacos, than Taco Bell is the place to go. The food is good and you can expect it to taste the same each and every time. We did the drive through and it was quite fast, moved along smoothly. The prices are on the rise but overall five stars wins out.

I had the worst experience at this taco bell in Groton tonight I swear that I could not understand a word that came out of the employees mouth when I pull up come to find out that she was covered in piercings that was very unpleasant to and couldn't barley talk looked like she had her mouth done in piercings to me that's very unprofessional and I will not be returning to that restaurant ever again

Service sucks! Waited at the counter for a single chicken chalupa. Took 30 mins for someone to realize I was stand there waiting on it. Then was told that the order wasn't made by the same girl who too the order! ?

This is a disaster you have rude people at the nighttime shift I ordered food at 2 am threw the app my dasher gets there and messaged me saying someone picked up my food AND I NEVER GOT MY FOOD I called him and told him please put me on the phone the people didn’t even be nice to me or the dasher and said I gave out the food I can’t do anything and they didn’t even bother to ask me to remake my food THEY GAVE MY FOOD OUT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF IT BEING THE DASHER !!!!!! I call the store and it says it’s busy my dasher is on the phone because I showed him that my food was just being made WHAT THE HELLL they are rude I lost 36 bucks they didn’t want to do there job they didn’t do me a refund they said to call dasher support I did they can’t do me a refund only the store I never ever want to order delivery again they don’t check the orders they are lazy people and now my food is off to someone I don’t know where and I lost my money

All doors but one on the complete opposite side of the building I came from was open, the cashiers won't take your order and won't even tell you to go to the kiosk and the kiosk doesn't print out receipts. Dont come here unless you do the drive through. Tacos were super soggy too.

THE TRASHIEST OF TACO BELLS!! They give you 10 nacho fries per order, their tacos are never full. You’re basically just eating a taco shell and god forbid you ever go through the drive thru it’s a 40 minute drive through time- GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
