Absolutely terrible. Went to use the app and she rang it out wrong. When I asked her to correct it she said nope that will be $15. So I just walked away, horrible customer service will never come back here unless they contact me to try to figure out. Do not push the app on people if it does not work complete and utter trash service at its finest

This review is strictly considering breakfast and the experience there of. If considering lunch/dinner I'd rate the food ⭐⭐⭐ and possibly raise service a ⭐ as well. Anyways their selection isn't all that great and the quality is even worse. If contemplating Wendy's for breakfast DON'T and go to McDonald's instead. I tried the breakfast chicken sandwich and was highly disappointed, it was dry, flavorless, and overpriced. Don't get me started on the potato wedges as they were the worst part of the meal....... actually, a lot like the sandwich: dry, flavorless, and kinda cold. I "upgraded" to a "medium" orange juice and received a Minute Maid bottle........ strange, I wonder what a "large" orange juice would have been? A bigger bottle? Anyways I think you get the picture: Wendy's, while a great choice for lunch or even dinner, is a horrible place for breakfast. IMO of course but I try and rate from an unbiased viewpoint while remaining sincere in my sharing.

My husband and I came in yesterday for burgers and both got food poisoning. I glanced at my burger and it was NOT even cooked all the way. Tried to call multiple times to make the manager aware of the undercooked food and haven’t gotten through to anyone.
The customer service, or lack of, started at the drive through speaker. Wow is all I can say. And not in a good way. We get to the window and the 2 females are caught up so much in their conversations there was no asking questions or anything else for that matter. No thank you for coming to Wendy’s, kiss my a*s or anything. Again caught up in their conversation. Just closed the window on us. We were like ummm ok. SMH. What great customer service (sarcastically). I won’t be back. Customer service to me is priority. Your personal conversations are to be kept for another time. Especially when they arguing about living with the parents at a certain age. Remember your customers come first!

Great location for a quick bite! I come here for lunch when I’m in the area. They are quick and friendly .. plus the food is always fresh! Gotta love those premium buns! ????? I will say that Wendy’s has it going on, their beef is very tasty! The King of the Fresh beef patties!
Use the drive thru unless you like waiting. Food was good lady was nice but they cater to the drive thru above everyone else. Waited 15 min and only 2 people ahead of me meanwhile probably 20 cars came

Cold food, old way to salty fries I couldn't even eat 2 of them out of my large fry. Nuggets were like hockey pucks, soda machine out of basically everything except rootbeer, soda station full of sticky spots and ice was not frozen while comming outbof machine it was like water, tables were full of crumbs, seats had old ketchup stuck to them. Just nasty...yall need to do better or hire better staff..disappointed
