This Pizza place is amazing. The pizza is delicious and the drinks are beyond incredible. Ralph makes the best drinks you’ll ever have in your life! He is super nice and attentive. The food is to die for and very affordable. Definitely give this place a try, I know you’ll love it!!!

Great service, Ralph definitely goes above the phrase "above and beyond" not only that one of the top Clam Casino Pizza (Clam and Bacon) Pizza I've had. For me so far best 3 clam pizzas is Modern, Fire Place and this place. The price and hospitality definitely puts this place at a higher level than most pizzerias. Not only great service but the gentlemen hooked me up with a 2nd complimentary beer. Definitely coming back when in the area.

Fabulous lunch experience here with my husband. Ralph was very welcoming & attentive to us during our visit. We both got the special of the day which was a cauliflower crust, individual size pizza topped with arugula, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, red onion, and a balsamic drizzle. It was absolutely fabulous! They also sell SNAPPLE, which automatically gets a star from me as my favorite beverage of all time! Bravo

Last night we had dinner at Centro. Our food and service were amazing! Every time we come here the food is constantly superb!! We always feel like family here. Thank you to Ralph the manager who always takes great care of us and to Carmine the chef for the amazing food!! We will be back very soon!!

My family tried this restaurant for the first time today and all four of us loved our meals. My sister and I tried the lime a rita cocktail served in a super cute mason jar glass. The manager of the restaurant even brought out some extra in our own martini shakers & boy were we glad he did! They were so refreshing, and delicious. I would love a cooler full of them in the beach! My Italian family is really picky when it comes to Italian dishes & we all said it was some of the best we've had out. Hands down, the best red clam sauce I've ever had! I made sure I caught every last drop of sauce in my spoon & devoured it - sweet yet light, & full of flavor. Both my Dad & I had the clam sauce. My mother & sister had the chicken florentine & they too said it was among the best they've had. The chicken had the egg batter coating but was still nice & browned. The sauce was very light but bursting with lemony flavor. The salads were fresh & delicious & the bread was served piping hot. If the amazing food isn't enough, the prices are very reasonable & the service - wonderful. Ralph is awesome - made an already great dining experience even better with his hospitality, A+ service, & warmth. We all cannot wait to go back!!

Food is amazing...some of the best sauces I’ve ever tasted...seafood is amazing...pizza is amazing...Ralph mixes some of the best drinks I’ve ever had...prices are fare and are actually too low for the quality. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is truly a hidden gem. The manager Ralph tops off the experience by making you feel like family.

Excellent pizza made with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Salads are very good, all fresh ingredients. Also on the menu are specialty items not normally seen at a pizzeria, such as lobster ravioli and sea bass. Service is fast, prices are reasonable, and owner/manager Ralph very personable.

I was tipped off to try Centro from a friend whose parents live in Guilford and just tried it for the first time; they were surprised they hadn't known about such a gem before. We were advised to try the Centro Plain (which has only Romano cheese) but I was craving something a little more cheesy so I asked for mozz as well. I was a little hesitant to order the cauliflower crust Bc cauli crust can be a little floppy, but I just crisped it up on the skillet quickly when I got home and it was perfect! My husband loved his sausage and long hots pie. I had a bite of the long hots and they are amazing, may get that on a pizza next! Anyway, thrilled we found out about Centro and finally tried it! The owner (or whoever checked me out) could not have been nicer, I wish so had gotten his name. Will be ordering from here frequently!
