As we all know every D&D sells the same products, but this site had very courteous and polite staff...the customer service needs to be replicated through our the chain.

Disappointed once again by the food prep and quality control at this Dunkin’ location. Ordered a cold brew with cold sweet cream and got this (my daughter picked it up and wasn’t aware it wasn’t what I ordered). This black iced coffee is burned and not drinkable. In the past parts of our order have been forgotten: missing hash browns or only one order of bagel bites when we ordered two. The bagels from here are either not toasted or are charred (like an earlier review). The managers really need to improve this location. Check your order when you pick it up.

Stopped by for a quick bite between a busy day of patients in clinic (healthcare provider). Got this black burnt bagel to get me through the rest of my busy day.

Employees ignoring walk in customers.I stood in front of the register for 5 minutes while one employee was wiping empty tables and the other doing something behind the counter. No acknowledgement, no helloI ended up just leaving to another Dunkin down the road

Like the hot coffee and the colattas like to mix them my favorite is vanilla bean mix with strawberry sometimes they don't mix it right but
