My son loves Jersey Mikes subs so we went last night to get a sub for him. The two guys making sandwiches were swamped with pick up orders so we waited for our turn. While we wait, I notice the place is so dirty back counter, there was food thrown everywhere and used glove sitting on floor, one guy wiped the counter with filthy looking rag and didn't even change his gloves and contiue to make sandwiches...yuck! I think they were doing their best but the staff needs to be trained well how to avoid cross contamination and keep the place clean especially where you are serving food. I hope the owner improves this place bc there is potential for good business!

Waited 35 mins for a hit sub only to find out it had not even begun being made. So many app orders coming in that mine was lost in the shuffle. Kid at the grill spent more time stocking, cleaning, prepping bread and bowls as nothing went on the grill. Horribly inefficient. In addition, the place is like a freezer temp wise so you can’t sit and eat comfortably.

I have come here many times and been greeted by and waited on by Marissa.She is always friendly and makes great sandwiches!! She smiles and converses and truly makes my experience special ! She is a great manager who loves her job...Thx,Marissa !!!!

Guilford Jersey Mikes is the only one I go to because it is always great! I havent had the same luck at some of the other local JM's. The food here is always delicious and prepared quickly by a friendly team of employees.

Went in for dinner last night as I often do, and there was an older gentleman there, who I've never seen before. He was telling the normal staff how to do their job which they usually do well. He appeared to be slowing things down, asking the manager questions about how to prepare things and then seconds later telling employees that they were doing things wrong. Instead of being helpful he was doing things like sitting in the dining room and ripping those paper things they use to take your order. It's a shame, there are always awesome in there and this guy really threw a wrench in what they were doing. My food was great, as it always is.

One of the best sub shops anywhere. While a chain, they have top quality and great service. I would have give it 5 Stars except for the fact they they have a “tip” request on the tablet at check out as the cashier looks straight at you. Their people are very good and I would tip anyway - but to pressure you is rude. Pay your people instead of asking me to!

I came in yesterday and all this morning I’ve been vomiting. On my way to the hospital now. This store gave me food poisoning. Y’all got to check your area is clean and your food is not expired/cross contaminated before you get a lot of people sick. Strongly suggest anyone reading this to avoid this place like the plague.

Best Italian Subs (#13 ask for it Mike's way) and awesome Philly's (beef or chicken). Price, well maybe a just a bit high but the deli meats are fresh cut and quality is top notch!

I ordered a steak and cheese NO onions, no peppers, no mushrooms : only lettuce tomatoe and cheese. Got home and the sub was loaded with onions and peppers. Skip this place. They are too stupid to create a decent sub. No customers in there. This is why. I wasted my money.

Ordered ahead, got there five minutes after my order was supposed to be done, and it wasn’t even started for another 20 minutes. Didn’t walk out with my order until over thirty minutes after it was ordered for. I understand being short staffed, but that’s a bit ridiculous still.Edit: while I appreciate management asking to reach out to them and talk about the issue, it seems it’s nothing more than an attempt to keep up appearances. I sent two emails a week apart and still have yet to receive any form of response.

Will never order here. 30 bucks for a “giant sub”You MUST be on crack. In todays economy? Why not just commit financial suicide? Can’t see this company being around much longer at those rates. The subs just aren’t THAT good.
