Way more expensive than other Wendy's in the state, don't go here. Burger fries and a drink that was 90% ice cost me almost $25 dollars. I don't mind saying that much for real quality, UT not Wendy's. Next time I spend $25 on a burger it'll be at aspen in old saybrook, where they fresh grind the meat expertly cook it to your desired temp and serve it to you on a plate on a table in s nice restaurant.

I went in to grab a large fry which looked like the size of a medium. Also, while eating, fat an uncomfortable film in mouth and tongue, horrible. This was in guilford.

Let's be clear, it's FAST FOOD, not a gourmet restaurant, so have realistic expectations. Also, I typically use the drive through, but I have been inside a couple times. I don't review off one visit. We all have good and bad days.With all that being said, this is probably the best AND most consistent Wendy's I've been to in CT. I go to this location maybe once a week, on my way to work. The staff is friendly, nice, and respectful. They say please and thank you. They smile and ask how you're doing.As far as service, they actually give you what you order, including the extras (sauces, ketchup, etc.), while still being fast. The food is hot and doesn't look thrown together.I haven't sat down inside, but I have went in to order. Inside is very clean, looks brand new. The restroom is clean and stocked.If you're in the mood for fast food, I would highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work everyone!Parking: Parking is on both sides of restaurant. Very spacious. Clean lot.

This Wendy’s has had a serious problem for about the last year or so when it comes to their chicken nuggets specifically. YOU NEED TO FRY THEM LONGER!!! Seriously. Wendy’s always used to have the crispiest, juiciest chicken nuggets of any of the fast food chains; they were by far my favorite. But whoever has been frying those chicken nuggets hasn’t been cooking them nearly enough because they’re disgusting every time I get them. They feel like rubber. I understand we’re talking about fast food here, not fine dining, but if you can’t fry your chicken nuggets correctly, as well as your fries to a certain extent, you’re going to lose many customers. I’m not exaggerating either - when I receive these chicken nuggets, I have to put them in my air fryer for like 10 minutes for them to actually be edible.
The food was okay, and the service was great, but the prices seemed to not be a great value.

Napkins are scarce. We needed more napkins and has difficulty getting them from the counter. They acted like we were asking for gold?!

I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon. Apon walking in the restaurant was very smoky, like they burnt something. It was definitely visible. Service was pore, the cashier was nice but lacked customer service abilities. She stood there forever before asking to take my order, she kept conversation with another customer while i tried to say my order. It was very rude. Older gray haired women. Otherwise she was friendly. The potato was pretty good, and also had daves cherry soda which was good as usual. Came here on a work trip for lunch since we were walking distance from the comfort in, by the way that walk barely has any sidewalks if your staying there and reading this review. Its a walk along a busy road that has maybe three very short useless sidewalks along the way. And the other side of the road just has one that doesnt even make it halfway to the wendys either. Walk is mostly through grass amd bussiness and along the road. Hope this helps anyone who might be staying at the hotel for ACL(american cruise lines) or just in generalWheelchair accessibility: Multiple handi cap spots, but the doors are not push button. Didnt get to see bathrooms as i ordered to go.
