TBH i don’t even leave reviews but every time i go here its a different problem. this time i ordered and payed for 2 croissants and got the cheap breakfast wraps with no protein. there is literally no way that could be confused for what i said. they need to make this place a grocery store or something.

Every Sunday this Dunkin dining room is closed when it says 600 am than they tell me to go Thur drive thru I don't have a car. This is the third time I wasn't able to get a coffee while I wash my clothes . They need new management and better workers that wanna be there to work and do their job I have seen them smoke weed in front of establishment .

This place is ghettooooooooo. First and last time I'll ever go. Ordered my food 20 minutes in advance to pick up. I arrived at the pick up time they had no idea what my order was. Had to repeat my name and entire order about 3 times. They did not have the beverage I paid for then offered me something else which I accepted just for them to come back and say they also didn't have it and I would have to call corporate for a refund. Then I had to wait almost an additional 10 minutes while they made order ( 1 sandwich 1 donut) .... 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese is insane. People use the mobile order for it to be ready at that time- especially in the morning when people are accommodating stopping during their work commute. Staff had no urgency was just in there chit chatting.

Dunkin is the best place on Earth. It's like a little piece of heaven every time I walk in there. The smells the site's The sounds. My favorite part is the old people that sit in the corner for four hours every morning I wish I could sit in a corner for four hours every morning and drink

We waited at the drive thru for a while for a person to respond to us being there. The mic was on but no one seemed to be unaware we were there. Someone seemed to be humming nearby the mic. I had speak twice to get a response. Our coffee and chai latte were served to us iced. No one asked if we wanted them hot or cold. If ordering coffee or a chai latte, it traditionally has been assumed it should be hot. When we asked at the window why it was cold/iced the window people, we were brushed off saying we didn't ask for it. They acted confused and didn't answer any more questions, and they didn't offer to replace the drinks. They also didn't give us a receipt. This was in the early evening. , so there didn't seem to be many staff on. We left because we were on a tight schedule.

Used the Dunkin app to order and pickup in store when I arrived the doors were locked so I had to go through the drive through where I waited a half hour for them to be done with the customer ahead of me when I got to the window I asked them why the doors were locked they said they were short staffed( okay understandable) but what I didn't understand was if there are two of you in there and the doors are locked why is it taking one of you 30 minutes to come to the window. My coffe was horrible and all of my items I had toasted were cold and they wouldn't reheat them 10/10 don't recommend
I was there the other day, and was so grossed out! In the bathroom, there’s rules on how employees should wash their hands, and no hand soap! I ordered a donut and a coffee. I don’t think I would consider going there again.

ever since they remodeled, & hired new workers the customer service is amazing! very friendly staff & fast service i definitely recommend this store if you want to be in & out. they always make my coffee correct too! :)
