Every time I order, I try to be very specific and I don't know who the female is who takes orders over the phone repeats it back but when I get my order it's Never what we discussed! I'm truly disappointed that I spend money at a place that I can't eat what I paid for after being specifically polite.

Welp yelp.. I once enjoyed coming here, but I'm sorry that will need to cut them off. The phone service is terrible. I explained my order at least three times. The order taker is very dismissive. When I get there, the order was wrong. Then I had to wait for my order to be prepared. They seemed angry bcuz they messed up. My first rule when asking for my order to be redone is to not do that becuz they get angry and my food may get a spit seasoning. But I stayed against my better judgement. This is the last time I will order from them again. I hope that my food didn't get a spit bath. One guy was scratching his face... nasty...come to think about it... I'm throwing it away... 26 dollars down the drain. Bye pianca

Food used to be good but this is the second time I've gotten sick after eating this pizza. First time was in December and now in January. They won't get my business any longer

Do not order take out from here - they will text you and say your order is ready and when you get there, they'll tell you "5 more minutes" for the next 35 minutes. If I hadn't paid in advance via the app, I would have walked out. I did try to get my money back but they wouldn't honor it because they said I paid on the app. The night I was there, it was very cold, someone left the door open and after asking them 3 times to close it, I got up and closed it myself. A woman outside came inside, pushed me and told me that she would "f--k me up and break my head" if I closed the door again. I looked to the staff and said "I just got threatened, are you going to do something?" They just stared at me. I thought about calling the Hamden police, but calling the police to report assault by a minority on a tiny white woman usually ends badly for everyone. When the pizza finally came up, I had to walk to my car alone with the perpetrator staring at me, I asked for an escort to my car but they said everyone was busy - that's when I considered calling the police, but I had left my disabled and ill father alone for 45 minutes and had to get home. She did follow me out the door screaming epithets at me, but stopped when I told her that the police were on the way (which was not true, but what else was I supposed to do?)

Very unprofessional they delivered 3 party size pizzas and left them on the ground and when I called the manager was very rude and disrespectful. I order a lot from them will no longer patronize this

This place use to be great and since lately it’s been a disaster a things I order and pay for is not on the food the most recent I ordered a sausage and onion pizza and they sent me a half done buffalo chicken pizza and tried to take the chicken off and put the onions and sausage on it was a mess cheese and sausage half done..last week we ordered a BLT and to add cheese cooked onions and extra bacon well they did just that but also add tuna fish to it these ppl been slacking big time but I won’t be ordering from them again way too many errors for me way too many to write so good luck ppl !

Cold Pizza when it arrived! The box was cold when driver arrived. Called Pianca they said there was nothing they could do. I lost money I don't eat cold pizza. I don't believe the driver kept it in a hot bag. They just lost a long time customer but they didn't seem to care.

I ordered pizza and wings from this establishment and I received a cold pizza and also the wrong soda. I stated Sierra Mist and it was replaced with Gingerale. The owner got nasty because I called and complained about the cold pizza and mind you I called 3 times prior inquiring about my delivery and could not get a straight answer. Poor customer service
