The counter associate was patient while I decided what I wanted to order. However, she gave me another customer's order. Since I did take out to eat later at home, I did not see this. Disappointing. I will try again at some point.

It’s 7 am and doors are locked, says it’s open at 5 am so I came to get sandwiches for a trip and I’m highly disappointed. The lady is in there and seems to be getting things ready but won’t acknowledge me. Poor service also really inconvenient!

this is a review addressed to the owner/manager of this location. one of the servers - Tamiya needs additional training. Does not understand the concept of "toasted" - puts the sandwich in the machine for literally I counted - 5 secs. Does not let the machine finish. Does not also believe in adding appropriate veggies. In a customer facing job, at least pretend to listen to the customer for their sandwich requests. Mam, its not you paying for the sandwich, its the customer. Please make sure she gets the additional training she needs.
I am a superfan of the Subway Club --with roast beef, thank you VERY much-- and the Subways in Texas have discontinued carrying roast beef, thus I stopped eating at Subway. But count on Connecticut Subways continuing to carry RB and I'm glad to say the Subway Club is as good as it ever was! A great veggie fix with the protein & cheese like it was meant to be. ❤ it's good to be home again.

This subway franchise is the best one I’ve ever been too. They really load your sandwich with veggies. Very clean place. I only visit this subway. Wish all other subways stores were as clean as this store in Hamden.
