The app gave me a huge runaround, said there was an error, and at the same time said my order went through. i drove 15 minutes all the way over here and they didn’t have anything. what a frustrating waste of time.

I spent $17.81 for an Asiago bacon and ranch chicken sandwich combo with a biggie bag. The problem was All the food was cold. And I even returned it and they gave me the same sandwiches with hot fries. Also they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich so I didn't eat it because it was spicy! The worst food I didn't even eat and waste of money! Do better people!!

Workers are generally unfriendly or literally falling asleep while working, I have never gotten a correct order from this location. Literally every single time I come, they get something or everything entirely wrong, the food isn’t fresh, and they take forever just to take your order.

Worst drive thru ever

They should really study how Chick-Fil-A runs their drive thru. This was absolutely abysmal there were only three cars in front of me and I was still in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The workers seemed to be lazy, they gave me my strawberry lemonade with all of the syrup at the bottom. They could not even take the 5 seconds to blend it together. The customer service was also just bad. The woman taking my order did not say “welcome to Wendy’s how may I help you” just “what you want” they definitely need to also study Chick-Fil-A customer service and replicate that. Just a horrible experience all together.

Polite but extremely slow. There were only 2 cashier people, one in the restroom. The other dedicated to the drive thru. The food was average. I'm not impressed. I had a thought while there, "I wonder if there corporate people ever come through."
